I was very happy with there service, and the food was great. The cook went out of his way to make me a dish I asked for that wasn't on the menu. I also liked the fact they were very clean and the food was cooked right there not behind closed doors.

So I made simple request, strawberry's & cream with fruit...attendant lady advises oh we ran out of bananas, hmmm this first a simple thing you should of had as a fruit desert store, okie dokie I said Ill just substitute some fruit with strawberry's and have it to go. Another thing I noticed was the watermelon that was displayed was gross and old looking, so yea that was my second visual seen, so I said what all natural juices do you have , two Horchata and cucumber, what about melon, no sorry we threw that out. Um ok, why wasn't a new batch made? Any ways it was a bad experience, called someone to complain to and just told me she would text and call me back never happened. Going elsewhere in the future always excuses on why, this and that isnt available ?????

I highly recommend La Michoacana for anyone interested in or wanting to try Mexican desserts and snacks. There are paletas (ice pops), aguas frescas (natural juices), ice cream, and several other types of snacks. With so many different options available there's something for everyone. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful if you have any questions on the many different options.

Ice cream and popsicles are all melted. Did not have many things that were on the website. Ceiling was falling off in pieces inside and it was very hot inside which would explain why all the frozen treats were melted. Made a special trip so we could try it. Very disappointing.

Highly recommended. Excellent ice cream, yes it's creamy! Not frozen solid. They have food, too. Not very big but cozy, like sitting at a friend's place. Reminiscent of baskin robbins but better and with a Spanish touch! We enjoyed our experience.
