Walked in and was never greeted. Waited by the hostess stand. Hostess walked by us several times without saying a single word. Other parties arrived after us. The hostess seated other parties at their tables, walking past us several more times with no acknowledgement. One party walked in after us, and they were told there was a wait list. They were not on the wait list, but there was a hi-top table available if they wanted it. They took the table while I continued to wait to be acknowledge by anyone in the restaurant. Two other employees were at the register by the hostess stand the entire time and did not say anything or attempt to tell the hostess we were waiting. While I did not have a reservation (as there is not sign or anything to indicate this is necessary, or to make a reservation using an app), if I DID have a reservation they never would've known because I was ignored. Very unprofessional. I have never eaten here before. This was my first visit. I will not be returning. Do better.

We went to KC for this restaurant. Others in our party were repeat customers, I was not impressed. Not worth the 3 hour drive. The staff refused to move tables to accommodate our party of 15 cramping us and squishing us together and lacking enough chairs, the kids share seats. That's not ok, it's really not difficult to move a table and chairs! Especially when we were there it was not busy. It should also be noted that they attached an automatic tip onto our bill without mention. I noticed and stopped our group from including a tip as they had not noticed the $115 tip added onto the bill. The food came out in waves with significant time between each dish, the kitchen and servers should lean how to send an order all out at once. My entree was out a solid 20 minutes before anyone else, therefore cold by the time anyone else was eating. I wouldn't recommend here.

Amazing service from Lourdes our server. She was sweet and personable and brought us our dishes quickly. Food was excellent especially liked the salsas, tostados and fish/veggie ceviche that come as the starter. The sauce that comes with the levanta muertos is delicious and the bay scallops were melt in your mouth tender. Atmosphere is inviting and low key. We will be back! ??

First time here. We (group of 6) came in 15 minutes before closing not sure what to expect. Maryori was our waitress and she was great. The food was excellent and the service was great. I recommend coming to this place if you like see food.

Just had a latee night dinner with BF. The habenaro sauce with the fish dish they bring out was so good. Spicy but much better flavor than the mild. Lourdes, our server was great and very attentive to our needs. We had the fish tacos and the burrito. Oh! You must try the Mango Maurguerita too! 2 thumbs up.
