Horrible customer service from the manager/ Owner. I have been eating from this location for years and have never had the experience that I had today. I placed a carryout order and received a text message about 5 to 7 minutes after placing the order that my food was ready. It usually takes me about 25 to 30 minutes to get to the location from where I’m located. After arriving to pick up my food, I asked if the food was fresh or if it had been sitting for a while. The lady instantly got angry and said that if my food was ready, and I wasn’t here to pick it up on time, then that’s my problem not theirs. I never even asked them to give me any food. I just wanted to know if it had been sitting for a while or if it was freshly made. Her response made me and my fiancé leave the restaurant and I will not be return there anymore. Customer service is so important in business and I don’t know if she was having a bad day or not, but she should not be taking it out on the customers that spend their money to keep this business running.

Change is good but not in this case it looks to be an old traditional store they don't have dinners everything is sold separately someone who's been going there for 20 years is thrown off by that.. I did a call in and she hung up in my face

Seems like no one is ever in a decent enough mood to be at work then to advertise a sandwich for a poor boy only to get a big piece of fried fish with lettuce, tomato and onion wrapped in saran wrap and not assembled and to give you sandwich bread instead of hoagie bun too pissed off
