I think it is worth editing the previous publication since receptivity dictates it, in the end the objective is to provide better service every day.

Cute spot, very sweet staff, food was overpriced for what it was. Potato salad was bland, buns were cheap and sandwich could have had a lot more flavor. Was extremely disappointing for my first real Kansas BBQ experience. Excited to try elsewhere.

I was in town for a very dear friend’s funeral so just needed to find a nice quiet place to eat. I wasn’t looking for anything heavy but this was one of the only choices available at 7:00 in the evening. The host was not friendly, and when I asked for a booth, he acted like I’d asked for the keys to Fort Knox. I waited for some time before seeing a server. She was a very pleasant young lady, but I didn’t get her name. I ordered a salad with dressing on the side. It came with a choice of meat, so I ordered brisket and asked her to hold the BBQ sauce. She delivered the meal within a reasonable time. The brisket es the fattiest I’ve ever seen and the salad was straight out of Wal-Mart’s expired produce. This crappy salad with a glass of water was more than $17. My advice is to grab something before heading into Junction City because the choices are slim and not so good.

While our waitress Veronica was great, i hope she finds another job soon. We went out for a bite to eat for our annual shareholders meeting and witnessed a young woman up front go running to the bathroom crying do to a much larger male coworker cornering and yelling at her. This restaurant not only has undercooked and poor food, they also clearly have a tolerance for this white male intimidating the rest of the staff. I know a toxic environment when I see one, and if I would've witnessed this event before being seated our entire party would have left.

Fun environment. Great service, wonderful BBQ. Party of six all different orders - everything very tasty! Near interstate 70 so convenient for locals and travelers.

Pretty slow for the middle of the day but maybe I beat the lunch rush. Host was polite enough. Server needs to learn to authentically smile. It’ll work for you. As for the food. Onions rings are top notch. The BLT comes with a fried green tomato and some sort of mustard aioli. Switch it for honey mustard if you can. Overall a 3.5/5 visit. Make the sweet tea sweeter!
Ordered ribs and brisket. Brisket was ok but the ribs were so fatty we threw them away. Ribs usually are good but terrible today and been better in the past but will not patronize them again.

We eat here each time we visit family in the area. all the menu items we have tried are delicious. The BBQ is the best even better than most places in Texas

My food tasted like card board, the chicken was questionable, and they were really pricy. Will not be going back. Ever.
