Worst food
Food was a bit better a few months back, but its still good. I wish they'd bring back the Barbacoa Quesadilla. We used to come here just for that, then we'd end up gambling all night.

First time eating at Marquee. The smash burger was great and the service was amazing.

Wouldn't think a casino restaurant would have a good smashburger, but it was really good. The only thing I would change is grilling the bun. Haven't tried anything else, but I am definitely willing to try other items considering the quality of the burger. Staff was friendly. Especially MJ. What a delight she is!

The club sandwich was so good before COVID, then you guys switched it up and it was still pretty good, but now you changed the turkey from thick carved fresh turkey to slimy lunch meat turkey. It made the sandwich taste terrible. Very disappointed, this was the only thing that was always good here.

Visited here on a Saturday and used my $20 dining credits. Overall, the price of things are definitely steep. The menu is relatively small. The food was really delicious and I have zero complaints with that. But the best thing was the wonderful lady that took care of me and my order - she was seriously so nice! It was a breathe of fresh air to actually have a customer service interaction with someone that was so pleasant.I was happy that Marquee had a decent variety of options in this price point and had some other ala carte items that made up the full $20. The menu on the Penn Play app and the physical menu in the restaurant are slightly different with the physical menu showing a few more selections. This is annoying not having the same information in both locations. Also, you still cannot order via the app if you want to pay with dining credits. I was told by Penn themselves that this is not live yet Hollywood advertised it as such.My order took less than 15 minutes (estimated time) and had condiments/silverware in the bag. I ended up reheating this for a later meal and it was honestly so delicious. The chicken and waffle meal (with breakfast potatoes) was way better than I expected and would order it again if given the chance!

Food is great, always hot and tasty. Portions are good for price. Sometimes your waiter can take awhile to check on you or bring your ticket.

We were at the Hollywood casino and decided to stop for a bite at the Marquee. I had chicken and waffles. My partner had the smash burger. The crust on the chicken was nicely crisped but a little too salty. Overall, it was a decent experience.

$30 for a grey steak, canned corn, and boxed mashed potatoes which more closely resembled a gravy soup. Absolutely disgusting.
Slowest and worst service out of the casino restaurants in Kansas city.
Nice service but a small menu with tasteless items. BBQ burger was tasteless, sauce was most likely generic bottle brand, French fries also flavorless and most likely frozen, bone in chicken wings was simply fried with the sauces (also generic tasting) given to you on the side…not tossed in the sauce as it should be. Sub par menu, sub par flavor, sub par experience.
