McDonald's has turned into a walk-through yard. Unfortunately, the presence of homeless people and suspicious characters makes you think twice about your next trip to this restaurant.

The he she boy in the drive-through back window would not sell me buy one get one free big Macs it said you can only do it on the app. Also double charge me he she needs more training.

This McDonald's forces you to use the kiosk to order and won't let you talk to a person. If you have cash don't even bother going, they won't send a real person up to cashier. My wife ordered a warm coffee drink at the kiosk that we were forced to pay at due to no real person up front. When our order was ready they gave her nothing and said the machine was down. They had already charged me for the coffee at the force to use kiosk and offered me no refund and no alternative. My wife settled for a cold drink when the entire reason we went in was to get warm from the cold. Other people waited for 30 minutes to be able to pay with cash to no avail. For such a high traffic location more is needed than a mobile app only attitude. Working class people utilize this location, not school kids with all the time in the world to peruse their cell phones.

0 stars if I could. inside was a biohazard. The employees were generally slacking off. I had to waive someone down after 10 minutes of being in the restaurant. I was the only one inside and not alot of cars were going through the drive through. When I went to the register I showed them that the item was here and ready for me to pick up. She demanded I pay again for my meal. The meal i just paid for. I told her and showed her that I already paid through my bank account. She told me that she was going to call the police because I was trying to steal food. I told her to call then, and I wanted her manager. She then told me she WAS the manager. Then I wanted her name cause she wasn't wearing a name tag (of course). She told me that she didn't have to tell me her name. I told her to call the cops then and she told me to get out. I complied. Still not received a refund.went to complain to the franchise owner. It's been a month and no reply. There needs to be a restructure from the top down. It's bad all around. I get reliable people are hard to find but I doubt they are even reliable.

Kid-friendliness: This particular McDonald's... Well there is a review about the manager screaming at a two year old for accidentally bumping into her. So take that for what you will

Wheelchair accessibility: You could get a wheel chair in here however there's a review on here that shows they wouldn't accommodate a clearly trained service dog. So they are not accessable friendly

The place is the worst in customer service,
They take too long to request your order,
So, the time your food gives you is much longer than what you spend waiting there 🙄
Of course I don't recommend it, sorry for the bad comment,
I have heard many people complaining about the same situation.

Okay, to start this off, I went to McDonald's in the morning to get some food. Everything went well until my order was called. I picked up my food and went to my table to check if everything was correct. I noticed I was missing syrup and utensils because I ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes. I asked the manager, who was in the front, for some syrup and a fork because they were missing. Out of nowhere, she told me, "I'm only allowed to give one syrup and one fork, so no." I said, "But ma'am, I didn't get mine," and she basically repeated the same thing.

What really set the conversation off was that she was really angry for no reason. I understand it was rush hour and she was in a hurry, but that doesn't mean she should take her anger out on paying customers. All I asked for was the missing items.

She then told me to bring her my bag with the food. I said no because I only asked for the two missing items. I told her she could look at my table to see that. She said, "No, bring me the bag with the food so I can check." with even more anger. At that point, she just gave them to me I really hope she doesn't do this again, not only to other customers but also to us, because she clearly needs more training, or should just revoke her posts. Clearly, that incident was unprofessional; she was angry and rude and couldn't even be civil. She is clearly not a leader and really needs to be trained more.

If you dont want your day ruined,stay away from this Mcdonalds. I have been here alot since it is close to work. More than half the time my order is wrong or my fries are cold. When you tell them about it they argue with you. Also the chicken will be undercooked and your burger will taste off. Enjoy your day and spend your money somewhere else.

Who puts mayo on a bacon, egg and cheese bagel? This place does. Not just a little but at least half the jar. It was gross. I've bought a bunch of bacon, egg and cheese bagels in the past and they didn't have any mayo. ?
