The workers here are so disrespectful and ruin my night every time I want a tasty meal because they act rudely to me and can’t even get my order right, and it’s been every-time I’ve gone through the drive through. One time I was eating in there and the worker was legit cleaning right next to me!! Do they not know about bacteria and personal space? It made me really uncomfortable and I even had to ask them not to clean around me. This McDonald’s sucks, not good service and the atmosphere is bad when you tell them something. After I asked that lady to move and not clean around me she just looked, didn’t say anything and walked away, where did the customer service go?? This place is awful I would recommend going to a different McDonald’s or maybe until they have nicer staff

Used mobile app to order, picked up at curbside. Usually i check the bags. But didn’t this time. The happy meal didn’t have a toy in it. The fries were cold. The chicken nuggets were extra crunchy like they were reheated. And they didn’t even give us napkins.

Rudest staff ever! Most of them don’t speak the language n ignores everyone at the counter. The only person there that’s nice is the sweet older woman who runs the register n takes orders to ppl. She’s the only reason a lot of ppl go there.

The past 3 times i have came to this location, i use the drive thru and the mobile app for 20% off, each time i am told “there’s something wrong and it won’t take the 20% off” when my app says it has been redeemed. We ask for a manager and suddenly the 20% off works. surely seems like they’re trying to capitalize and keep that $$ off record when it is a EVERY visit thing. nothing but a scam at this location with the new crews.

Have used this McDonalds multiple times as a student at KCKCC and have watched the service decline slowly over the last year. Recently have had orders messed up consistently to the extent of not receiving entire orders for people in my group when ordered in bulk or half my order not being given to me when on my own or ordering online. Usually I don’t write reviews but I have lost money going to this McDonald’s and wouldn’t recommend it unless you have NO other options.
