I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. I received a sausage egg and cheese bagel with a small piece of steak meat on it. What kind of crap is that? Very disappointed. I was over there getting my hair done in Kansas . Didn’t eat my sandwich. wait till I got home Several hours later and that’s what I found. Very unacceptable.

I went to this location on Christmas Eve because another location had left their building vacant With no employees and we had access to the whole store and they already took my money for my order at that location I waited for the cops because the employees walked out. The manager at this location called a supervisor she and he refused to help me with my order. I had to pay double for my food and at the time The manager on duty thought it was funny to laugh instead of help resolve my issue. I replaced my order at this location and they seem to have attitude and not give me the same type of treatment with everyone else in the building I would think with me having one bad experience at one location you think they would wanna help or take care of a paying customer. Just because I had enough money to order my food again I shouldn’t had gotten treated differently nor have my food on counter sitting getting cold when they could of just gave it to me when it was fresh and had me on my way !!!! This location is dirty as well and needs updating ASAP they try hiding the disgusting things with signs just because it’s in a bad area doesn’t need to be trashy.

My daughter had to yell at the boy who was doing window 13 she got so frustrated cuz they got her order wrong and I think the service it's four stars the food was so good though my my daughters had to yell all of us at the food was good cuz she paid for all of us

I hate all McDonald's but ate here for the first time in a while and it was decent. Burger was so fresh steam was coming off. I haven't had a Burger in a while. Coming here was worth it. Although they didn't have the new frappe yet. Even though I went there because they were advertising it. Also, the manager lady was super nice
