I asked for sweet tea with no ice. They said they didn’t have any and when I requested if they could grab some from the lobby and the woman taking my order rudely told me to come get it myself. Once I came in the tea was in the back. So I got out of my car for no reason simple because she refused to service me

The dedication of the staff here is amazing. I have been in labor and delivery for 4 days with my wife. We just had a 10 inch snow storm and everywhere else was closed for miles. The lady that was working is fantastic. I wish I had her name. They kept the place opened and was friendly doing so. They had limited options at one point because supplies couldn't get in. McDonald's you need to give this team a raise. They deserve it.

Had a bad experience with the lady taking the orders in the drive thru on 12/24/2024 I repeated my order to her to make sure she had the right amount of creamers and sugar and she sayd can't you read? Omg why do people have to be like that at this mcdonalds? Always so rude. Her name is Lashia. Also this mcdonalds is supposed to open at 5am and they always open late. And with an attitude.
Good food. But go during morning cause everything is newer.

The place was dirty. No one but us in there. Stood at the counter for 7 min. None of the workers acknowledged us. I asked if anyone was working the counter & a lady finally walked up (with an attitude) & asked if she could help. Got pissy when I asked to repeat our order. There were 5 of us & I wanted to make sure we got everything ordered. We were served cold fries, cold chicken nuggets, & a cold chicken sandwich that didn't taste right. At this time we just left. Didn't know what they would do to our food if we complained. Will NEVER go back!!

well I must say staff was very friendly &fast service but...I came to dine in &use wifi but I couldn't due to it being just as cold as outside to the point the workers had to wear a jackets.,so cold yu could see your breath inside the McDonald's now my question is how long have these workers had to work these under conditions. If this McDonald's was in a "better/richer" area heat would be fixed &much more fixed if needed...long story short corporate needs to get heating system fixed .Each worker who worked in these conditions should get a bonus & increase in pay they definitely deserve it...and I am bashing this McDonald's but I definitely want a change to come very soon for these dedicated workers
