Despite having difficulty with the app, the staff were very attentive and quick to correct the issue. I was even given fresh french fries so they were nice and hot when I ate them.

For the first time in awhile i had a great experience with the staff being friendly and served me with my order with a smile and the westport location is sooooo efficient and prompt. Highly recommend if you are on the go and want a great experience!!!

Just ordered a $35 breakfast for delivery. The orange juice had a Crack in the bottom of the cup, and the coffee didn't have the lid on, so the bag was just a big soupy mess and just spent 20 minutes scrubbing my sticky floors that it spilled all over thigh the whole house. Can tell it wasn't the driver's fault and I'm sure his car seat is soaked from this coffee OJ mess too

30+ minutes for an online order. We asked about our order - the sticker was stuck on the counter top and they never made it. No apology, nothing. I understand you can be busy on a Sunday night, but a simple SORRY can go a long way.

Members of staff are rude. I was waiting 20 minutes for my food and when I inquired about the wait a member of staff shrugged her shoulders stating, “you want it fresh right?” I understand waiting due to there being a line, but waiting over 15 minutes for fast food isn’t fast food anymore. Order at other restaurants you’ll be getting better food, better service, and at the same price.

After dude messed up my drink order twice, I sat at the window, pointed to the Diet Coke label and said, “I want that one.” He said, “Oh okay” and stuck the cup under the regular coke dispenser.

That’s what you’re dealing with here, just be aware.

Food was good, I got food brought out to me and it felt like I was taking place in a drug deal from a movie the way the employee never looked at me or acknowledged me (I don’t know how they made it to my car but they did so I gave an extra star for that). They were never mean but definitely made me feel awkward (and maybe that’s a me problem).
