Specifically asked for no onions, not only was there a shit ton of onions, but onions shoved between every single layer of cheese and patty. It’s literally easier to NOT put onions. The incompetence at this location is insane my order is never right.

This location rarely gets your order right. The employee seemed like he might have had a rough night.

Spent almost 20$ to throw 90% away. Food was not edible, and cold.

I've only picked up deliveries from here. Staff is always nice and helpful. They are also usually quick, have not had "pull forward" ever at this location.
Parking: Adequate for the amount of customers they can hold

Ordered through app to pick up in drive through. Kid at drive through found my order and had me pull forward and gave no receipt. Got to window and my order was gone. Spoke to manager or lady that claimed to be manager and she said there was no order even though I showed in app and via email the order. She proceeded to cuss me out in front of my kids and call the cops. I went inside to ask for a reasonable explanation and was told it was an app issue and I'd be refunded. It was not an app issue and I was never refunded these people are just ignorant and rude and barely capable of preparing the food let alone deal with any issues that arise like this one. Fortunately the cops didn't respond very quickly if at all but the employees definitely have zero issues calling them for no reason.

Tonight's experience at McDonald's (we ordered delivery through Uber Eats) was truly commendable, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts! We all know that fast food can come with its fair share of hiccups, but tonight, despite a few minor setbacks, the team really shined.
Sure, there were a couple of things that could have made the experience even better—like the fact that they don’t answer their phones, and the oversight of missing straws, napkins, and a spoon for my sundae. However, the quality of the food and the service far exceeded my expectations.
Let’s talk about the McRibs! I discovered that when you order two, you can't customize them individually. I wanted mine with just sauce, while my mom preferred no pickles but with onions. I tried calling to clarify this, but sadly, no one picked up. It’s frustrating, but we’ve all faced this before. If they had answered the phone, I’m confident they would have accommodated our request for those onions!
Now, onto the positives: the medium fries were perfectly made and generously portioned—what a pleasant surprise! My parents requested extra salt, and for once, they nailed it! All three sandwiches were crafted exactly as we ordered, and my sundae came topped with whipped cream just the way I like it.
Despite a few minor issues, I believe the crew deserves to be recognized for their hard work and dedication tonight. If they could just improve on answering calls and ensuring all items are included, they would definitely earn a perfect five-star rating from me! Kudos to the McDonald's team for a job well done! Let’s make sure they know how much we appreciate their efforts!

I can have complex orders sometimes. This McDonalds was very accommodating. They got my order right and I appreciate the patience they showed me. My compliments to Kristyn.

This place has definitely found its way unto the reaches of my energy reserves committed to reviews, and I'll tell you something unique: Awh what the hell am i saying? It should be called Trap-donald's—do ya get what I'm getting at, George?? I've hung out in that parking lot for HOURS eating their delicious delicious burgers, knowing with high confidence that I certainly would not be the very first thing that stood out on that scene if the wrong company were to show up. This McDonald's has great food but no class at all. It's actually a quite-tastefully balanced blend of experiences varying from terrific food to random parking lot transactions to KCMO driving by slowly and staring so hard they're checking curbs. Exhilarating experience and don't knock it til you've tried it, folks.

Dietary restrictions: Lactose and tolerant, allergy to aloe.
Parking: Looking at this picture makes me feel sure to desire to eat McDonald's instead of McDowles.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely definitely definitely 💯
Wheelchair accessibility: I don't know.

Food was simply fire. Thing is, the location was quite inconvenient and not exactly a savory haunt to put it mildly.

It's McDonald's. The toddler will eat all his fries. This one is above average on getting order correct.
Dietary restrictions: Ask for "order frys" no salt. Order frys will get hot fries.
Kid-friendliness: Happy meals, no bargan, but kids like them. If you and your toddler are not big eaters, order double fries and share. Chocolate milk is always a hit. (apples slices are tasteless)
