This place was TERRIBLE. We went in and nobody was around to help with anything. It was dirty, workers walked right past us without acknowledgement. They didn't give us our drinks AND forgot some food. Wouldn't go back.

Restaurant is always clean inside but they're generally always backed up. We stop twice a month when making the drive to/from Concordia to treat the Littles and every single time our orders have been wrong in some way or another.
Order no onions, get extra onions. Order sauce, nowhere to be seen. Items missing etc
Staff are friendly but they could use better management given the issues.

Saw an employee come out of the bathroom stall and did not wash her hands. Saw another employee holding the men’s bathroom door open and vaping. This deterred me from ever making any purchase at this McDonalds location.

Pretty standard McDonald's. Food was good and fresh and service was quick. The lobby was pretty dirty would be my only complaint and it's understandable as it was right around 1 on a Saturday so I'm sure they'd been busy.

This is the worst McD's I've ever been to. I don't make light of foreigners that barely speak English. I speak 4 languages and I know how difficult English is. But if you come to live here, you need to be proficient speaking and understanding the language.
I ordered two mcdoubles plain, only mac sauce and pickles. The girl rang it up wrong with only onions and mac sauce. I asked to make sure at the window and two other girls had to get involved just to understand what I was saying. That's really bad. Then finally a manager came over, asked me what I wanted, I told her....she looked me straight in the face and said, "I'm making your sandwiches personally" and repeated exactly what I wanted, I said "Yes ma'am" and confirmed to her.
I get my sandwiches, and they have nothing but mac sauce on them.
You want to be paid $15/hr...I worked fast food for $7.25/hr for 4 years in HS and could still today run circles around every employee in there.
Get better. I hate to be rude and mean, but I am sick and tired of garbage service everywhere I go in the service industry.
