I used the mobile app. Service was quick but felt rushed to beat their drive thru time because they gave me my drink at window pickup 1 then immediately told me to go window pickup 2 when there were no other cars even in line. My bagel sandwich was on burnt bagel pieces, both top and bottom. I had to separate the insides of the "sandwich" to eat. Just before 6am on 2/26/25.

Had mobile order that included 2 large drinks and in the mobile app where i ordered from i asked for ranch and honey mustard sauce ...I ONLY received one drink and 2 honey mustard and no ranch..my driver pulled before realizing the forgotten drink and the line was too long to try and wait cuz we had to be at work..this aint first ..this olace constantly messes orders up .DO BETTER oh and my chicken nuggets were cold

Decent food. Horrible management. I had a $45 order. I didn't receive a fish sandwich and the wrong flavor frappe. I called to report the mistake. They apparently didn't take now or simply didn't care about their customers. This was on Thursday 3am. I don't live close. So I came to get it replaced the following Tuesday when I traveled back to the area as I don't live close. The day time manager told me she.. and I quote she could not "DO NOTHING ABOUT IT" AND REFUSED TO BUDGE REGARDLESS OF MY CALL IN COMPLAINT I MADE NOT THE FACT I HAD MY RECEIPT. HORRIBLE LADY MANAGER

Had my order in a bag and I ordered it to eat in then didnt have my fries in the bag the best part, checked to make sure I didn't make a mistake and yes it said eat in.
i don’t even really wanna do this but i ordered this frappe and it was straight ice; no biggie went around to ask for a new one they said they could exchange for new item and that their machines been messed up making them like that all day so that’s how they had to give it to me. that was their excuse , well why even continue selling the item if the machines not working properly? does that apply for their other items too ? like would they sell a half cooked fish sandwich if their fryer wasn’t working? or would they sell half cooked burgers if the grill wasn’t working ? they should of just took frappes off the menu options til the machine was fixed instead of giving messed up drinks out. it looks bad on them in general & just glad it was only a drink not actual food bc that could hurt somebody being half cooked or incorrectly cooked..

Their app for deals on meals is a scam, bate and switch. They intice you with one deal than they rig the app to just give you 20% off deal if you spend $10 or more. No wonder they are falling in market share.
