Placed an order on the phone at 4:53 and told it would be ready at 5:15. Arrived at 5:15 and checked in. Left with food at 5:54. Given a 25% discount but with hangry kids at home would’ve rather had the food on time. Pretty frustrating as it made dinner and bed time an absolute debacle. Ugh - it’s spaghetti

I love Olive Garden but this location is not good at all. The restaurant when you enter had a sewage smell and the actual food was gross. I think it was what ever was left over from before thanksgiving. It’s very easy to tell when soup and noodles aren’t fresh.

Not sure if I will be bringing my fiancee or daughter back here again. They both don't eat pork and it was unclear what items had it in and which didn't..

It's been awhile since I've been to an Olive Garden. The service met expectations, with the waiter being friendly and polite, though checking on my drink a bit more often would have been nice.
A whole star is deducted due to each table having a little computer screen with ads and distractions. I absolute HATE ads and having my meal regularly detracted from due to various ads popping up on a table across from mine was distracting and unpleasant. If I'm paying for a service or product, I have no tolerance for ads. A dining experience shouldn't have them either.
The food was okay, but my entree and the breads sticks were significantly over salted, though edible. I can easily get better flavor by cooking some dried pasta and adding a decent jar of store bought marinara. The salad was decent though.
The decor was... fine? It felt like some cliché cheap family dining idea trying to masquerade as stylish and modern, but not doing a great job at either. The floor around my table was visibly dirty too, which was a bit surprising.
Since the most important parts of dining out for me are the food and the experience, this may have been one of the greater dissapontments I've had since moving to KC. Ironically, the Red Lobster which shares a parking lot was probably the next worst dining experience I've had in town.
If you like heavily salted Americanized Italian or would like a little tablet computer to distract the kids at the table, Olive Garden is worth consideration. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it based on my one experience there.
