I’ve visited this place twice. The first time was fine, but on my second visit the customer service was very disappointing. The cashier had a bad attitude, and when the place gets busy it becomes completely disorganized—there’s no clear line for ordering or paying, and they serve people out of order. If you ask a question, they just tell you to look at the signs, which is not helpful at all.

As for the food, everything I’ve tried has tasted good and the prices seem reasonable. However, the poor customer service really ruins the experience. And I’m not the only one who has noticed—just look at the many negative reviews here on Google. Hopefully, the owners take this seriously, because for a new place they should focus much more on improving customer service if they want to grow and keep loyal customers.

One suggestion I would make is to unify the menu. Right now, they have screens and some posters, but everything is scattered. It would be much easier for customers to see all the options in one single menu, just like in a restaurant. This would especially help people who are not familiar with this type of food, since many don’t know what each item is. Having a clear, unified menu with photos and descriptions would make the experience a lot better.

On the facebook page and on the sign on the door it says they are open 12-9:30, we got there well within the time frame and no one was there nor were they open

These unprofessional women don’t even take care of you with good customer service. I am a pregnant woman who ordered a “sopa loka” and doesn’t even bother telling you what’s inside of it. So the murachan they apparently have different flavors. Imagine if anyone was allergic to the shrimp and they don’t tell you. They just pick a random one to give you. And I told them I honestly didn’t like it, and they say they don’t give refunds or exchanges no matter what. What kind of customer service is that?

I will NEVER eat anything from this place again. Their products taste stale, old, and weird. I would describe the taste sort of as freezer burned. I was already dissatisfied so I gave them an opportunity to correct the problem by giving them a second chance, it was hard and not consumable. Then they got an attitude with me because I complained about what they were serving me.

Amazing food and the staff is so polite and friendly!! All of their snacks are very good and fresh.

Mango and Limon ice cream is delicious!
