Asked for a bigger plate the first question she asked was what do I want rice or lo mein I said lomien she i watched her put it in the box I picked my meats and moved on First mistake was I asked for a bigger plate and they tried giving me a regular plate Then I get all the way home and tell me how I have rice and not lomien in my meal this is not what I asked for or watched her make i was clear and loud with everything I asked for i don't understand how it got messed up like that

I found this hair in my noodles while eating and when I called to complain about it the female manager asked me to bring the hair up to the restaurant because she doesn’t believe it came from there as none of them have long black hair. She literally wanted me to drive back so she can see the hair. Well here it is for the internet to see. I won’t ever order from your restaurant ever again and will make sure none of my family and friends does either.
My girl and I Got food Friday night and ordered egg rolls and I got a big plate and she got a bowl get to my car check the food and notice I got one egg roll out of the six Go inside stood there for a minute then a gentlemen in the black uniform came to me ask what's wrong I then tell him I'm missing five egg rolls out of the six I would just like to get my five egg rolls but instead of them just looking at my online receipt and getting me five more they decide to interrogate me not just him but when he goes to get some more egg rolls the other what I would think manager on duty decides to come over and ask me a bunch of questions even with the receipt in front of their faces. They finally give me my egg rolls And I go home next thing to find out he forgot something else by large plate they gave me double orange chicken but forgot the kung pow chicken completely. I would just like people to take their time and make sure the orders are complete instead of me having to go out of my way to make sure my order is correct and still be missing things by the time I get home.

I just got the bigger plate,,was really bad guys, chow mein noodles, hard and tasted old, orange chicken, I'm not kidding, very dry, and hard as rocks, the rest of the meal, was pretty much the same , sorry but I feel like I wasted $13, and that's not good, just being honest ?

They close at 9:30 and I got there at 8:45, 45 minutes before they close and they said they couldn't make any more food and they were out for the night because the kitchen is closed. If you are out of food then why are you even open and why are people just standing around....
