I had an amazing experience at the Panda Express in Shoal Creek, Liberty. Vale and the entire team were incredibly attentive, asking thoughtful questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. The portions of the family size meals were very generous—perfect for sharing!
What stood out the most was seeing the team making everything fresh, which I truly appreciated. It added to the quality of the food and the overall experience.

We were greeted when we walked in. We were immediately helped. Made our selections, got the big playe to share between my hubby and I. We got the lo mein, which was dry and tasted like it had been sitting there a bit. We ordered the orange chicken, sweet fire chicken, and black pepper steak. The black pepper steak lacked steak. It was mostly vegetables and that item you pay extra for. The orange chicken tasted good, but it was not hot and barely warm. Actually, all of the food was barely warm. The sweet fire chicken had a lot of small pieces that were either mostly breading or all breading. The crab rangoons were fine but cold. We also visited around 7pm so not super late. I would have expected their food to be fresher. We won't be back.

Anytime we go there between 9pm and 10pm, they say they are out of everything. They need to start closing at 9pm. Seems like that's what their staff wants.

Went in to pick up a doordash around 10:00 this evening. The lobby was open they told me the lobby would be open till 10:30. They didn't have the items I needed because apparently after 10:00 they have a very limited menu so I went back outside to try and contact the customer to see what they wanted. As I was sitting in my car I witnessed a group go to walk up to the door one of the workers beat this group to the door and locked the door on them. Refusing to let them back in. After they left I went back up to the door and they indeed we're going to let me in I took video of the door being locked and the lady walking up to it. Extremely unprofessional and rude of this stuff. The date is September 20th 2024 and the time is 10:00 p.m. the lady even said no we'll let you in we just don't want to let them in it was a whole group of foreign college kids just trying to get some food after a game. The fact that the lady looked them in the face and refused to unlock the door was ridiculous the whole crew should be reprimanded.

Isabel is incredible. Greeted me with a great big hello and a smile. Promt service, done right. Panda needs more employees like her and Mako. He rung me up and packed everything just as I asked. They both were very kind. What a great experience. Much better than the service I received in 2023
