I always go to this location as it’s the closest Panda Express but after I received my bowl of friend rice and pepper steak, I noticed it was more veggies rather than steak. The awareness of the food could be better.

This Panda express just never seems to get it right. I come here after work from time to time and they always find a way to mess up my order. They have given me the wrong entrees, forgotten my soy sauce on multiple occasions after I've asked politely. I'm never confident whenever I receive my food. I don't have this experience with other restaurants in Liberty. And guess what, they messed up my order again. Ask for a bigger plate and receive a normal one. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. 1 STAR! I wish I could give zero!

Ordered a bigger plate 1/2 chowmein and fried rice, 2 sides of teriyaki chicken, 1 side of Beijing beef. Had one side of teriyaki chicken in the box with the chow mein missing and an entre box of Beijing beef. Called and said I was missing an entree and chowmein and was told I could come back up and get it fixed. I got the chowmein but then was told I was lying about missing teriyaki chicken. Everytime I've ordered multiple sides of one entree one serving is in a box. Or the servings are split in the main box. I guess from now on I'll order all the entrees on the side so I don't get ripped off an entree but this was just ridiculous. Can't even make a wrong order right

Orange chicken has been ruined in the past two years, both at this location and another. Went to Arkansas a couple weeks ago, tried it there and it was the old flavor. Absolute shame.
They are filling bowl with more rice and less Entries. We love panda express but not in this branch.

Went through drive thru, ordered plate with broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken. I got 6big chunks of broccoli and 1 thin slice of beef. The chicken was layered with fat. I could’ve got better fried rice out of a bag from Aldi. Haven’t been to Panda Express in years, now I see why

I had an amazing experience at the Panda Express in Shoal Creek, Liberty. Vale and the entire team were incredibly attentive, asking thoughtful questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. The portions of the family size meals were very generous—perfect for sharing!
What stood out the most was seeing the team making everything fresh, which I truly appreciated. It added to the quality of the food and the overall experience.
