I’m a member of the Sip club, so I was only there to get Coffee. There was no regular coffee. There was decaf. There was no one at the cash register. After I finally found somebody to tell, one of the coffee urns was replaced. With lukewarm coffee. Yuck! They were also out of half-and-half.
Cleanliness in this particular Panera is substandard. There was some dried spilled coffee on the table I chose to sit at and a lot of trash on the floor, including a flossing pic. Again, yuck!
This was at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Maybe they will have solved these problems by dinner time.

I use to work for Panera back in the day. It's not the same. Very disappointing that they took out their fresh. 🤷‍♀️ I have chosen not to continue getting my meals here. Very very disappointing. Maybe reach out to corporate and let them know they suck.

Today is the 2nd day in a row they completely messed up my very simple order and I will never be back. Yesterday, the girl made my drink hit instead of ice and when I told her it was iced she didn’t remake it just poured a hot drink on top of ice. My drink had none of the toppings I had requested and was disgusting and bland. Today, I didn’t even get to get my drink because of how slow and long it took them to make my drink even with me being the only person in the restaurant. Made me late for work and still left with no drink that I spent over $5 on. This is completely unacceptable and I have yet to receive a refund for both days.

Panera has been very obvious and really the worst when it comes to shrinkflation. Their food has declined as if they've gone with cheaper ingredients, and servi.h size has dwindled. It's like an investment company took over, and is running the company into the ground as quickly as possible. It is quickly falling off my list of places to eat.

Came in Monday night and my mobile order was missing. we confirmed confirmation # and address thru the app. it was nowhere. ELIZABETH stepped in and absolutely treated me like an angel! She was so kind and prompt. So beyond professional. she was amazing. She rocks!!!

This is the second time I ordered a whole salad and literally got less than half a bowl. I wish I had taken a picture. I only got two pieces of chicken( last time I got zero chicken) and like maybe five pieces of corn and tortilla strips, frozen avocado and no cilantro and dressing. Plus I didn't get my side of bread. I ordered a croissant, which they were out and they did give me an extra cookie. $14 for a pathetic salad is ridiculous and I will be very hesitant to go back to this location. The ladies at the counter were very nice though.

Went to the drive thru the other day to purchase Classic Chicken soup with bread and Mac and cheese. Had been to the dentist earlier and had some work done and wanted something easy to chew. This hit the spot.

Quieter than a library (in a good way), even through the afternoon hours. People were always around cleaning and keeping it tidy. Very good experience.

Ordered the hot sandwich with avocado and small salad. The avocado in the sandwich was partially brown. After seeing that couldn’t eat the rest of the sandwich. Had a small salad with strawberries and nuts. There didn’t seem to be much dressing on the salad. I have this meal each time I go and this is the first time it was this bad.
