Hazelnut coffee served at the perfect sipping temperature on a very chilly Kansas City afternoon. I'll probably indulge myself in chicken and rice soup. Because I can't stop smelling it right now! I love love love this company. Always a good time to stop in.

Stephanie is the best! ( at the Brookside location.) I feel bad cause it's hard for them to get people who want to work and haven't had a supply truck in for 2 weeks.. so they are out of a lot of things.. customers are getting irate! Not her fault!!

I used to frequent this Panera on the way to work to get coffee. I have always enjoyed it and never had any issues. However, the last 5 times I have visited this location at 7:15am (over the course of a month) the lights have been off and the doors have been locked. Someone either needs to change the hours for this restaurant on Google or open the doors at 6:30 when they’re supposed to open.
