Food was good, but you get a lot less than ever. The bread bowl had less than one cup of soup in it for $9. The seating area was very dirty/gross. There was very old food next to the walls and the window shades had food splashed on them that wasn't "fresh". Panera needs to step up their game in both food quantity and the inside of their stores. That means hiring enough staff to thoroughly clean the dining areas.

Please for the love of god stock up on the plain bagels. I love Panera sooo much but yall never ever have plain bagels. I'm always told they are sold out. Even if I go early at 8 or 9am you guys still do not ever have the bagels in stock!!!! Not sure if this is a management issue or what, but I'm sure many people would appreciate it if you restocked an item that is clearly so popular. I'm not sure how stocking more would negatively affect your location so maybe someone can look into that. Aside from the bagel situation, the food is always fresh and the people at the pick up window are very friendly. Good location too.
