I went through the drive thru and ordered the Asian sesame chicken salad. I had a long wait for my order and then discovered when I went to eat it that it was missing the chicken!! Not sure how you forget the chicken in a chicken salad??!!?? It also makes it a pricey salad when it’s missing the protein.

I went to the location at Legends at Village West on Nov 1, 2025. I ordered 2 soups and a sandwich and did not receive my sandwich. I do not live close to this location so returning for a refund or to get my sandwich was not an option. When I noticed my sandwich missing I called to request a refund to my credit card for the price of the sandwich only. I was told by Tanner (who says he was a manager from the downtown location) that the restaurant does not refund over the phone but they could mail me a voucher for a free item. I never received the voucher. A week later I called again and spoke to Nic. She also said she would mail me a voucher. I never received a voucher. I am so disappointed in the lack of service that I will never shop at Panera again. And I will make sure to share my story with everyone I know or meet. Panera bread owes me $9.

Did not receive food. Paid cash, no ticket, no button, no cups. Asked for cups. Party of three on three tickets. One received her meal. The other two never were served. The manager was rude, stressed and behind. Told us we’d have to wait 30 minutes and they could not find our order. Manager did finally give refunds for the two missing orders. Dirty dishes were stacked all around and table was not clean.

Ordered the ciabatta dipper since it was delicious last time.... today I guess they ran out of meat since my sandwich has barely any. Today this is more of a grilled cheese with some meat thrown in every few bites not worth the $9 that's for sure.

I typically have a really good experience here. Love the free standing building. Last Saturday I went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. 38 minutes I was in the drive thru after seeing my order was ready. They were super busy so understandable. They had food bags on the FLOOR asking if it was the right order. They ended up having to throw my sandwich together on the spot so it was all kinds of wrong. Crazy experience and this was one time out of 8 I’ve been here. Overall, I would moderately recommend especially with the lack of healthier food over here.

Went to try Panera today for lunch and they had a 40 mins wait for food, the girl at the register was blaming the drive thru when no one was even there and they had empty tables inside

Tired the new Panera restaurant, what a horrible experience. Ordered 6 cinnamon bagels to go and they plated them, asked that they not be toasted and they toasted them... then they were disgusted they had to bag them. Husband ordered a hot hazelnut latte and got just horrible plain coffee. The manage was so rude and arrogant! Super disgusted and disappointed! Customer service is just the pits anywhere anymore!
