I ordered half and half pizza of pepperoni and sausage from the app. I received a full pepperoni pizza. Called they said I order whole we’re do you see whole on the box it literally says half and half. And if someone is wanting their food to be delivered as no contact. That means you do not contact the customer you just drop it off at the doorstep. Make sure when your delivery driver is delivering to read the order right and not contact a customer to have to get there food outside of their car with them just seating there. And not following orders. I normally don’t do reviews but this one today was just uncall for.

Great pizza. Terrible customer service. Two stars instead of one because they did remake the pizzas they sent with the wrong person with a sense of urgency. One employee was incredibly rude and *seemingly* willfully unhelpful. The other two were fine. Oh yeah. Don't park in front of the red poles, even if you've already had a bad experience you'll get scolded for it 👍🏻 on second thought maybe do. Lady. You're such a hater you should just be a parking meter attendant.
Great Wolf Lodge folks- just spend the extra money on the resort pizza.

I hate having to do this review but these girls who are always in the house and kneading the dough are really disrespectful, they are despots, whenever I come they respond to me in a bad way and even waste my time, I love papa johns pizzas but when they are on duty I prefer not to buy

I ordered a papadia and it's just for slices of pizza smashed together. I understand that I ordered kind of late but this is just unnecessarily stupid. The level of audacity that I see before me Is more than I was expecting tonight 🤣

I am really nauseated and disturbed when I found hair baked all in my pizza. I thought there was just one piece of hair, but when I looked more I discovered more baked into it. Completely lost my appetite and will never order from here again.
The only plus was manager was nice and offered a partial refund we are yet to recieve.

Never received the order. I would give zero stars. The driver pulled up, backed out, and left without delivering the pizza. Horrible customer service. Dishonest and disappointing. We will not order from Papa John’s again. Replacement order sent without tracking information. Overall waited two hours for our pizza to finally arrive.

Ordered delivery, food was an hour and 10 minutes late and cold. When I called they it took 8 minutes for someone to answer and then they couldn't tell me when I would get my order.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I am an Elementary School Teacher at a local school. My students worked hard to earn a pizza party last Friday. The Pizza never showed up. I was then promised the same pizzas free of charge to make up for their "mistake". Again, they never showed up. I am tired of trying to explain to 16 disappointed 4th graders why they don't get their pizzas. They WILL have their PROMISED pizza party tomorrow. I hope their families are aware of their frustration and frequent a different local pizza place. Blatant disregard for the neighborhood schools is HORRENDOUS customer service.

Don’t get your pizza at this location if you want it on time. I ordered at 10:55 am for an 11:30 pickup. Arrived at 11:20 and walked out the door at noon :(
