I’ve ordered from this location for the last time. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:40-5:50. I got there about 5:50. The person working up front told me it wouldn’t be ready til 6:30 no question. No apologies, no eye contact. Nothing but an insolent and rude attitude. When it was ready, she called my name and tossed it on the counter and walked away. Absolutely no effort to be polite. I watched her pick up the phone several times after it rang and put the caller on hold. I didn’t see her ever pick up those calls. I’ll find some place else to go from now on. And yes my pizza wasn’t ready til 6:30.

They dont care about allergies or cross contamination. No gloves or hands being washed before preparing a veggie pizza. Rude and unhelpful staff. Doest even deserve a 1. Kept me on waiting even when the order was ready

So as of the night I will never order from this place again like Ron was too busy to deal with his customers there was an issue we called as we are Pizza workers for over 24 years and he couldn't even deal with the issue he made us call doordash cuz he was too busy oven full of pizza the way the phone call got picked up he was too busy yelling about putting sauce on a stuffed crust does anyone argue argue with my daughter I had to call back and talk to him and he was just rude like I'm a restaurant general manager and I know damn well it's hard to find good work nowadays especially at a pizza joint yoga do better oh by the way if I could load pictures I would but the pizza wasn't even cut

As a doordash driver we often have numerous places to go this by far is number one the ladies in there are incredibly awesome friendly outgoing eager to make not only the driver's day but other customers as well if I could give 1 million stars to everyone in this store I would keep up the good job

So the manager running the front counters, customer service tactic is basically to ignore everybody in stock boxes until she gets around to dolling out people‘s food that they have already paid for. On top of that she’s also throwing pizza boxes that other employees and negative energy throughout. Our pizzas aren’t made correct to order and cheese and sauce is about 2 inches from the edge

This is what they thought it was going to pay $28 for??🧐🤔. If they put more meat & ingredients on the PIZZA than they do in their MOUTHS I would Not has requested a REFUND! This place is a COMPLETE Joke !

I wouldn't eat here! Nobody wears gloves! I seen one lady fingering cheese with her bare fingers. Another lady answered the phone, scribble in a notebook, rub her nose, and then go play in the pepperoni to prepare a pizza. The other lady rolling dough with the same hands that touch everything in the shop. Not one person washed their hands. This is really UNSANITARY! And quite Gross! The world is already a mess, we have to do better! We can't even eat out anymore! You people better start cooking and fingering your own food!

We're out of town and ordered for delivery at 11:15, when they closed at midnight. Finally, at 12:35 they told the delivery driver (door dash) that it's too late and they won't serve him. If they want to use door dash for their deliveries, they need to figure something out to serve the customers. I could understand if it was 11:50 or something but it was 45 minutes until close. And we didn't find out we wouldn't be getting food until well over an hour later. My kids are falling asleep and haven't eaten. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a large and got this medium. Went back in and said is this a medium or large. He said that’s a large. I said looks a small to me. He muttered something and walked away. 12 in medium. Not 14 large.
