They basically peppered the whole BBQ sauce onto my pizza and when I called he said the general manager wasn’t coming in until 5 then hung up on me. I want my money back unacceptable. I’ve had the same pizza before and nowhere near this bad. Shame on u guys for not taking pride in your work.

Last time I ordered from here. Pizza was supposed to be no cut. This is now 3 out of 6 pizzas we have ordered from here that were supposed to be no cut that were not. I called about it the first 2 times ... I am done. The chicken (meat) and overall flavor of this pizza we got tonight were bland and flavorless. I lived in Kentucky before moving here and the quality and service were so much better. Just a bad location I guess.
May take a while at times but overall friendly people, and yummy food as always worth

Why am I charged a delivery fee if papa John's didn't deliver it and that fee doesn't go to the driver....and is there a shortage of the wing sauces because these "buffalo" wings may of had a hint of buffalo....very

Where is the garlic butter/ sauce that is normally poured all over the garlic knots? Please see photo! I even open this up in front of the driver, and she agreed that the topping was not on them like it supposed to be but she left it. I called the store and was talking to somebody on the phone there they refused to identify themselves, and I had told them about this. I even said the driver acknowledged that the topping was not on there, like it should be, and there’s another driver just walked in the door and they said that I was lying about it. I then asked for the employee to identify themselves, and they still refused and hung up on me. I called back to see if I could get their name and they told me if I wanted anything done that I would have to drive down there and return, informed that that due to having a drink, I was not going to drive down there and they told me again if I wanted anything done I would have to come so they encourage people to drink and drive and then the guy again, without identify himself.

The place is sort of hard to find good thing for GPS but order was done quick and I enjoyed it alotParking: Just a small parking lot for this location so not sure if it has handicap parking or not but if the place is busy then parking would be difficult however it's not a sit down location so people should be in and out quickly so spaces should open regularly if busy
Placed order wait till delivery was nearly 2 hours , delivery driver never showed or called I was waiting outside for him for over half an hour then marked us delivered. Claims to have called and never did says he knocked but never even drove past my house.
