Was greeted with smiles, and they remade my pizza right away for satisfaction, and were super friendly about it. Most people are super rude about stuff like that but they didn’t make me feel like a bother. Jacob (or Jason? Sorry I’m bad with names!) definitely left an impression for sure!!!

This is the best Papa Johns location in the city I've come across yet (I've been to about a dozen of them in KC and Columbia). The pizza is always prepared well and I never wait for my order when I put it in online. There's a guy here with a beard and glasses who puts in 100% and it shows, I wish I knew his name because he has always been a gem. My only nitpick is the last 3-4 times I've been here the pizza hasn't always been cut all the way through properly which is a pain in the you know what. Please make sure the pizzas are always cut properly. Otherwise, you won't be disappointed here.

We usually order well done pizza because it just comes out better and we've gotten really good pizza here before but tonight, we did our large pepperoni well done and paid extra for sauce, well we picked it up without checking which is our mistake but got home and the pizza was floppy, so saucy, not cut, and just falling apart. Not to mention, no sauce. So we drove back up there and asked for 2 sauce cups for the inconvenience because we drove back up there and I know we aren't entitled but worth a shot and he was very rude and told us that's not how it worked, which is understood but if he would've gotten the order right in the first place, and just been more nice and sounded like he was apologetic then it would've been fine. The people working here, at least tonight were very unhappy people.

Whoever was working tonight 9/28 in store and the driver, 10/10 freaking killed it. Fastest delivery I’ve ever had and I was worried that would mean lower quality. Nope! Great food and service!

To start with I ordered from here and when my food didn't get delivered the over the phone service was very thorough and was very kind secondly they called again to make sure they were at the right house when I realized I put the wrong address into the app and they didn't make a big deal out of it but just brought me my food and had a good day, overall the food was hot and delicious and the service was amazing
