BEWARE of poor service and DoorDash delivery because of understaffing!!!We order from this location about once per week (or now use to). As of late, they’ve been passing off delivery to DoodDash which has the worse service ever because they’re always forgetting things. Serm familiar? This time being the 2 liter of soda.This evening after telling the DoorDash guy what he forgot, he said to just call and they refund the whole order. That solves nothing and is laziness. My husband calls the store and the incompetent young dude said, “Yeh, I think we can get it out to you.”.30-minutes later I call the store, hung up on, then 4 more times to be put on long hold music. So then I can the new order line and get some woman with a middle-eastern accent. 8-minutes later she’s telling me to call another number, ZERO resolution!!!This store still has a few great workers, but overall the service has gone to hell. Sad service + incompetence ?

Interesting when the store the staff are all hiding in the back if the store. They see you and won't come to the front desk. The pizza driver gave me my order and 5 people came to the front of the store.

Moved from blue springs and decided to order pizza. Chose papa John's because the one in blue springs is pretty good and I've never gotten a wrong order. This one messed up my wings, didn't give me any sauce, and left my pizza completely uncut. Lazy staff.

Love Papa John's; they work so hard here. I wish the location was nicer it's in a beat up old strip mall. But the food is always good. And the staff work really hard to make it great. Thank you for your hard work.
I just wanted to give a shout out to my local papa John’s on Prairie view Road. I’ve never had a better tasting order than I had tonight! Freaking awesome! Everything was so fresh and hot. I’ve never had an order that tasted so good. I believe hot and fresh. Sure makes a difference. I ordered pretty much a whole menu of desserts. The new Oreo bites and the chicken Parmesan bites I ordered 2 of those. And my favorite, cinnamon pull a parts and chocolate chip cookie.Chaz

we ordered 30 dollars of food around 6 got double charged, and then got our order cancelled with no notice at 7:45 after the delivery guy said we “didnt pick up the phone” when we did answer and confirmed the address, worst customer service ive ever had.
