Order a couple of pizzas, I call when they don't arrive, waited forever for someone to pick up. Girl said an hour, I said it will be delivered? she said yes........call again, wait forever for someone to pick up. She says oh they are ready for pickup. Wait what? Never again. Your customer service sucks, same girl answered the phone. No care at all.

I ordered for delivery and they gave my pizzas to someone else. I get it mistakes happen. I was speaking with the manager and let them know that because of the delay (30 more minutes) I had to be somewhere and that I could wait but how could we make it right. Her response was "life's not fair and since we didn't mess up the pizza I can't do anything for you" I said you messed up when you gave it to someone else but it should be fair for both you and I. She said "I don't know what to tell you" then I asked to speak with her boss. I wad told "good luck with that" and she hung up on me. I have been in food my whole working life (30 years) and ok dint give me free food but you could have taken off 10% or something but she was so rude.

I'd have some issues with the over the phone service. However speaking with Anna and the store he was able to verify and figure out and correct the issues that I had with my orders that I had ordered he credited me was extremely friendly which they always are here at the Shawnee store they're very they're very customer service oriented and I appreciate that Vermont she was able to come and see me and make things better for my service and I couldn't be happier with the Shawnee drive location

The pizza barely had any sauce or cheese. The cheese sticks had a clump of cheese on 1/3rd of it and nowhere else. I asked for an extra garlic sauce and he got frustrated and said you need to add it to your order next time but at the same time they did not give me my sauce for the bread sticks.
