I'd have some issues with the over the phone service. However speaking with Anna and the store he was able to verify and figure out and correct the issues that I had with my orders that I had ordered he credited me was extremely friendly which they always are here at the Shawnee store they're very they're very customer service oriented and I appreciate that Vermont she was able to come and see me and make things better for my service and I couldn't be happier with the Shawnee drive location

I placed an order through their website. The manager called me stated they were all out of their 2Liters. So I asked for 2 20 oz. The delivery person was through DoorDash which I don’t know why when I didn’t place an order through DoorDash. Needless to say my drinks were not with him and he told me he couldn’t go back. I called back to the store, and he said there’s nothing he can do all drinks are self served. Irregardless your job is to make sure everything is there for pickup! He said he would have to run a credit back. How?! I paid cash!!!! Terrible service!!!! A waste of my money!!! People pay extra for delivery and to not get your full order obviously something needs to be changed. Never again!!!

The pizza barely had any sauce or cheese. The cheese sticks had a clump of cheese on 1/3rd of it and nowhere else. I asked for an extra garlic sauce and he got frustrated and said you need to add it to your order next time but at the same time they did not give me my sauce for the bread sticks.

Oh boy where to start. I ordered for pickup. I showed up on time, and I'm fine waiting a few extra minutes. But I was there for roughly 30 mins. Which I can be ok with if I'm given something for a time frame. I was told the following:"We don't know how long it will take, we are working on it""It's starting now" ( this was a lie)Out right ignoring me.The lady running the show. Was going from the register to the pizza dough station. With 0 hand washing in between. I get it the pizzas cook at 500+ degrees, but c'mon. The health dept. Would disagree with this practice. There was no organization or communication as to what was going on. Several unhappy people standing in the store because nobody knew what was going on.Please review your policies. I likely will not return for a while. I was off put by the health standards. And lack of coherence.

I ordered the new garlic epic stuffed crust pizza and they gave me a regular pepperoni. I wasn't going to give them a bad review or anything. Like a coupon off my next purchase wouldve been great. However, when I called the manager they acted like I was lying then acted like I wanted to come get a new one right away. Super weird and rude. Maybe just try to treat your customers more reasonably? Might go a long way. I guess I will do pizza hut next time.
