The food was good and our server was responsive for the most part although my husband had to seek out the server for a drink refill. This was a delayed holiday meal with our adult children so we felt the server respected our celebration and allowed us to take our time ordering. The one thing that was a bit off putting was the smell inside the restaurant. The first table we were taken too had a really bad odor-think dirty socks. We asked to be moved and were taken to another area closer to the entrance about 25 feet away from the first table. The smell was still somewhat present but tolerable.

Pf Chang food is pretty decent, but it was chaotic. It took a very long time to get someone to even come to our table. Then they took out drink order and good order. Good began to arrive before drinks. Green beans were killer hot - not the norm. It felt like they were slamming our food just trying to tussle people through.

I was dining alone with a Kindle to read during dinner. My table was in the front window and quite isolated from other tables. All service was extremely slow. When I asked for additional sweet and sour sauce it took over five minutes and I had to ask another waiter what was taking so long. The food temperature was not very hot and cooled even more waiting for the additional sauce. Not a good experience overall.

The quality and taste of the food has gone down since I first came to this location two years ago. I have been here twice in the last month and have been disappointed with my meal both times. Mainly the dishes with chicken. The chicken is soggy and no flavor and the rice was dry. I had to return my dish twice today. Service was great and the manager was professional and responsive to my concerns, but I will not return to this PF Changs again.
