The food was good, (Mexican/ Indian). Simple, not too fancy, everything was well seasoned.The truckstop itself is small and rundown, difficult to get around the fuel and parking.

Terrible!!!! terrible...disgusting!!!! This place deserves negative stars and need to be shut down!!! Franchise or corporation, this type of uncleanliness should not be allowed anywhere! The bathrooms had no paper towels and was just down right disgusting!!! The Brand "Pilot" should not allow for this and hopefully will pay attention to the reviews and concerns of the customers that unfortunately have to stop and visit!!! DO BETTER!!!!!

How does this s*** hole be able to claim it's part of pilot??? Trash all over the lot, drivers parked where they want to even in the fire lanes........this was a nice little place at one time.........glad I've had my shots ..........holy hell..........glad I've got my dog to chase the hood rats away ...................this place needs to be bombed and paved over.......KC KS needs a good truck stop and this ain't it!!!!! There's so many health code violations here I don't know where to start...........

This is the worse pilot in the franchise. Why? Food is terrible and not fresh and hot. Pumps are poorly managed and there's little to no parking. The lady that made my food did NOT care. Meat was cold and not covered, poorly wrapped burrito with guacamole everywhere. Time I was there was 2:30pm cst Jan 4th 2021. No paper towels at the pumps and Fuel Everywhere!! Please help this location Jimmy Haslam

I sat where I could see the person cleaning the showers. I can guarantee that the only thing he did was mop. He wasn't in the shower room long enough to even wipe down the sink or toilet with the used towels (GROSS and I've seen that done at another Pilot/Flying J). The machine used to pay for the washers/dryers isn't working and the machines don't like to accept quarters.
