Their pizza tastes excellent when compared to other Pizza Huts or their equivalent peers. That being said, it's clear that the employees should be paid more so they could hire enough staff. You can tell the workers are doing their best to keep pace but they are understaffed and clearly need help. 0 stars to corporate and management for being greedy scumbags that hate their employees. 5 stars to the peeps that made my pizza and checked me out in the store.

Didn't get all of my order so when I called in to tell them that, the guy said let me get my supervisor and then just left me on hold and then wouldn't answer when I called back multiple times!!!! Can't even get a refund? Damn!

Most of the time the pizza is good. Only complaint is the crust is sooo thin on stuffed crust pizza. Don't know about the other types of pizzas

Ordered online and had it delivered but I was missing part of my order. Called to try and get a refund but was sent to a call center that then forwarded me to the store where I was prompted to leave a voice mail and they would return my call later. Not surprisingly they never called back.

Ordered food and waited hour and half. Called to check on order and said it was leaving in 10 minutes. Never got order and then the store closed for the night at 5pm! No answers! Done with this company!

Will never order from here again. Tried to do it online for the value lineup doesn't work, called the store and asked for a manager. The lady that answered said I am the manager, I asked if she could help me with the value line up for delivery she said online only. I said it's not working it says error I said can you ring it in, she said no I can't help you I can't see the value line up on my computer. Which if you're a manager you can see everything. What a joke. Everytime it hasn't worked online where I lived last they were super helpful and did it for me without a problem. Don't go to prairie view go to parkville they are way more helpful ?
Ordered a week or so ago and my order was wrong and what I got was cold I called and was told they would give me credit for a remake... I then ordered my remake yesterday and door dash brings my food.. why when I ordered through pizza hut??? And then demands cash I called the store and got blown off and never got my remake

Ordered pizza over an hour ago. They delivered to wrong address. Basically the store called me a liar saying our food had been delivered. Checked my app and I had all the information correct. If I could give zero stars, I would. Manager was rude and I don't appreciate being called a liar. Customers are always right is definitely not their motto. Should have given me a refund and sent pizza too. Won't be ordering and I'm here from out of town every weekend ordering food for my stay.

Basic Pizza Hut, people are generally very friendly. Occasionally the pizzas are a little underwhelming. The boneless wings sometimes are pretty small and not a lot of sauce. But overalls a good Pizza Hut.
