Normally we have a good experience at this location but tonight our pizza came smashed. We’re less than a mile away so I’m not entirely sure if this could have possibly happened in the delivery car. :(

I usually order to pickup. The pizzas were fresh and had a good flavor. And the service was good and timely. The one error that they made was corrected by delivering two pizzas at no charge.. I can't complain about that. I like Pizza Hut.

Awful experience. Placed an order for delivery at 5:51pm for 4 pizzas for our team. Got an email saying it would be delivered at 6:40pm to our hotel one block away. Waited until after 7 to call. Local store wouldn’t answer the phone on multiple attempts. Call center answered and put me on hold to try and get ahold of the store. Told me the pizza would be coming. Waited more. Called the call center 2 more times. Still no pizza until I finally canceled the order at 8:30pm with an hungry team. Overheard people in the lobby wanting to order Pizza Hut and was able to warn them. Never again.

My Cinnabon wasn't cooked at all, no lid on the container just a white box. My thin and crispy pizza was burnt nit crisp and no sauce on the pizza the hand tossed crust taste old and I hate that my order couldn't be made right after the tough weekend I had. I have saw worse so it's not the end of the world but I am still upset like how yall send me raw Cinnabon???

Things have really gone downhill since the Shayla hasn't been working there lately, I was told she was in a car wreck and I pray for her speedy recovery especially since the manager that's working there, now this older hateful lady, seems to not care about the people. I seen with my own eyes a multitude of delivery drivers come in and ask her for extras and she gave it to them freely some even got chicken wings on order without paying for them, yet when a hungry homeless man came in the same time and asked for a little bit of help getting fed for that evening he had to leave hungry. And that ain't right. He even told her that he was homeless and her exact words were 'that's not going to help you". It says in the Bible nobody gets mad at a man for stealing a loaf of bread because he is hungry but if he is caught he must pay back seven times which he stole but this man was not trying to steal anything he was just being upfront about his hunger. This happened on Christmas Eve.

We scheduled a driver appreciation lunch . And ordered 8 pizzas wings ect. The door dash driver stole it all . 15 people had no lunch.
Posted an order, hadn’t eaten ALL DAY cuz my job hates me, went to pick it up, and they had nothing. Cashier screwed up my name and gave me someone else’s stuff. Already paid for it, hope you enjoy dude.Seriously. Go anywhere else. They. Do. Not. Care.

The Pizza Hut downtown on 10th and Grand in KCMO is terrible. My order was all wrong and the pizza was hard. Service was just unfriendly. They delivered to my house and I had to take it to the store to get it corrected. I was told they could only change 1 of my pizzas. Then the pizza again was hard like the card board box! I'm never going there again! ?
