We love pizza hut, our go to pizza always. Decided to try their breaded wings with garlic parmesan- big mistake, not worth it. The fries, not worth the price of $5.39. I will only stick to their pizzas. 4 star for service, coz the management should be fair and considerate on their prices, And always check the quality of food. Delivery guy from doordash did his job efficiently, no complaints there.
Customer service is horrible. I ordered delivery through the app and the order that arrived was incorrect. The driver was nice and offered to go back and get the correct . The driver called me back and said the store decided to change my order and did not notify me. I requested to have the store call me so that I can cancel/refund the order since it was incorrect. The worker that answered the phone was rude and condescending about my request of refund stating I should be grateful to have gotten "more" food despite it not being what I ordered. I was polite in my explanation of why I was requesting the refund and instead of him acknowledging the fault of the store he double down on why I should be grateful and then hung up on me with confirming cancelation of the order.

Ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut for all members of a class I was taking...it came 28 minutes late because the delivery guy thought he knew the location and drove around for a long time, never thinking to use his cell phone gps to figure it out (which would have given the right location). He seemed oblivious to it as well. the pizza was pretty good, although cool as a result, but the service was a real let-down.

Wow! I used to order here. This was my go to for pizza. It’s been quite a few months now. This was the worst service I’ve ever received from a Pizza Hut. My first pizza has no pepperoni on a super supreme. The only thing I removed was the mushrooms. My second pizza that I received was a thin crust mushroom onion sausage. I ordered some newer pizza called the ultimate which was supposed to be. I believe pepperoni sausage, onion peppers on hand toss crust. I don’t order thin crust. I thought I was calling the store to let them know about the wrong pizza delivered and I got the call center and she picks up the phone and she’s laughing with her coworkers while she’s picking up the phone and then I say something about the order and we get disconnected or she hangs up lol Then I call back and the second woman takes my complaint and replacement order and then I get a text from DoorDash saying that I owe them $24 when the driver gets here. I call again because I’ve now eaten a piece of the super supreme and noticed there’s no pepperoni on it and it tastes weird. I’ve never eaten pizza without pepperoni on it. They can’t remake the pizza because they put a remake for the first one already & they have to remake together lol I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Too many pizza places out there these days to go back to this. Mistakes are fine. Make it right though, fix it. I paid for these pizzas and they’re wrong.

I was there to pick up a delivery and waited almost 45 minutes to get a pizza. It only takes 20 minutes to make it and cook it. Figure that one out!

2 hour wait for an order. Yeah use doordash to ding there driver for your down fall and being short handed and under paid staff. I'll be ordering from papa John's from now on.
I recently had a large order including a pizza with dietary restrictions. I am grateful for the accuracy and timeliness of the order. Also, the manager I worked with was available and helpful!

Made an order thru app for 530pm. Received door dash notice at 4pm that it would be delivered at 444pm. Called location was assured it wouldn't be delivered until 530. 415 was contacted by doordaah driver that he would be picking up our pizza in 10 mins. I replied that it wasn't to be delivered until 530. Received food at 540 and the pizza looks like it was probably made at 4 and then kept in the oven. Ordered bread sticks and they sent marinara and BBQ sauce which didn't have a lid so it was all over the bread sticks. I also don't understand if I check contactless delivery and note not to ring doorbell -why do they ignore it every time?!

We ordered some buffalo medium wings tonight and I must say they were absolutely delish! The best wings from Pizza Hut I have ever had. The spicy chicken tavern pizza had a nice kick, both made to perfection! You guys did a wonderful job! Definitely recommend this location.

I had ordered a 5-topping thin crust pizza alongside some buffalo medium traditional wings and oh boy! They were amazing. They were hot and fresh during pick-up and the crusts on the pizza were very crispy. The wings were very delicious. They weren't too small nor too big, just the right size. Upon entrance, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Khoa. It was a delightful experience at this place compared to the other Huts I've gone to.
