We ordered 2 large pizzas with extra sauce and they didn’t put any sauce on either of them. We had to repeat our order twice to 2 different people because they couldn’t figure out how to put it in the system. It’s just Canadian bacon, mushroom, black olives and extra sauce and a supreme with extra sauce, how hard is it to get it right.

We love pizza hut, our go to pizza always. Decided to try their breaded wings with garlic parmesan- big mistake, not worth it. The fries, not worth the price of $5.39. I will only stick to their pizzas. 4 star for service, coz the management should be fair and considerate on their prices, And always check the quality of food. Delivery guy from doordash did his job efficiently, no complaints there.

Customer service is horrible. I ordered delivery through the app and the order that arrived was incorrect. The driver was nice and offered to go back and get the correct . The driver called me back and said the store decided to change my order and did not notify me. I requested to have the store call me so that I can cancel/refund the order since it was incorrect. The worker that answered the phone was rude and condescending about my request of refund stating I should be grateful to have gotten "more" food despite it not being what I ordered. I was polite in my explanation of why I was requesting the refund and instead of him acknowledging the fault of the store he double down on why I should be grateful and then hung up on me with confirming cancelation of the order.
