Pizza crust doughy, super light on the toppings, chicken Alfredo was burnt along the edges and a little crispy in the middle and on, top. It's no wonder why we stopped going to Pizza Hut many yrs ago. They still haven't stepped up their game within the price nor quality area.
Parking: 4 spots available for customers to park. Road construction has been going on for two years now which makes this location a little difficult to access due to main road construction.

The exterior is well lit and you can feel safe walking in in the evening.
The lot is a bit grungy but I’m going to mark that up to the recent snow and ice-melt.
The exterior signage was in good working order.
This Pizza Hut also has a drive thru.
Interior was well lit and relatively clean.
The staff was polite and helpful - my only concern was no trash can outside or inside. I always through trash away when I get lout of my van. In this case I asked the staff person at the counter to throw it in a trash can and she said they weren’t allowed to - so I had to put the van I brought in back in my van…..not in favor of this lack of trash cans.
The breadsticks with cheese were very good but not perfect.
When I was a Pizza Hut manager many decades ago there used to be Inspections that graded Quality , Service and Cleanliness both front of the house and back of the house- I don’t think this location would have gotten above an 80 out of 100.

Don't bother ordering extra pepperoni or extra cheese. They will give you 1/2 the normal amount instead of extra. If you have a complaint and call, it takes you to a call center instead of the actual store so you can talk to people who aren't involved and dont have the authority to make it right.
We ordered a Big Dinner Box. After placing my order, the delivery time changed to an hour later and there was a pop up stating Door Dash would be delivering it.
Everything was cold. There was hardly any sauce on the mostly bread pizzas. Yet, the soggy and stale breadsticks were covered in buffalo sauce from the wings. I spent over $60 and tipped well with the expectation that it would be at least lukewarm and edible. So disappointed. Will not get pizza from here again.

The chicken wings were crunchy couldn't eat it and the driver didn't give us our change back which was $4 and some change and he claimed that he didn't have the change. I would like a supervisor to get a hold of me
