So first let me say this Pizza Hut is really cute. It has just a couple seats but the walls are covered with Pizza Hut and local KC memorabilia and it's super pleasant in there!
The staff was really nice and friendly while I waited for my pizza.
As for the food... The Cajun wings were excellent, but the tavern-style pizza was not that great. I should have stuck with my traditional personal pan pizza.

I haven't had Pizza hut in a while. I spent $83 and the pizza wasn't good. They switched my delivery to Doordash. They forgot my wings. He had to double back to get them. What was supposed to be Tavern pizza was so dry and over cooked . Wasnt supposed to have peppers and they put peppers on half . I wish I had gone with a small pizza company . They didn't even cut the cookie that they half baked!

The whole this ordering online bullshit gives them just an excuse to screw up an order. Ordered a barbecue lovers pizza and they were out of the barbecue meat but instead of calling me, they made me a cheese pizza instead they got pizza too. I get a refund the girl was very nice.

Super weird issue with delivery address and food not showing up. Spoke with manager David who got it taken care of. Great management team at this store. Had other issues in the past (wrong food) and problems handled quickly.
Food always hot/fresh.
Fantastic location. Will definitely order from again. Can't beat that 3 topping large for 12$!

The management as this location is trash. Ordered a drink online, they didn’t refund or give a substitution. Another time I ordered a pizza with tomato’s. Showed up without the topping. Called the store and they said they would put a credit on my account(which they did not). Better off ordering from anywhere else.

Major props to the Pizza Hut at 10940 Parallel Pkwy Suite C, Kansas City, KS 66109. Even though they accidently mixed up our order and we had to wait for a re-do that took longer then they told us. They definitely made up for it without asking. Refunded our order in full, AND gave us a credit for next time. Still staying civil and polite can go along way. Thank you to that Pizza hut team!
They won’t answer the phone, this is the 5th time in a row. Then answered, put me on hold and hung up! App will not let me choose delivery. Love the pizza when you can order. This is a manager problem. No one would get away with this behavior in ANY other job. Do the owners not want sales?

I've picked up door dash orders from here plenty of times and usually the customer service is ok. I needed to use the restroom and the bathrooms are locked. I was told someone was using the women's. So they only have 1 key. I didn't mind waiting, however I wasn't instructed that I could wait and then she'd gu e me the key. The woman got out and I asked for the key. I believe she had. Headphones in so I got ignored.
