Absolutely do not order! This is the second time in two weeks we’ve had unfortunate experiences. The food was delayed and eventually cancelled! I ONLY got my order after I called and complained at which point they said they were doing for “free” even though I paid for the first order so it wasn’t free! Pizza Hut has contracted out DoorDash to deliver and I think it’s a scam where an employee with one or both is taking the food! The second order came 3 hours late and wasn’t even correct! I will NEVER order again!

After DoorDash hiked their prices and tried to charge us $65.00 for two large pizzas and a breadstick, before-tip, we decided to call the Pizza Hut location and compare prices.Brandon was the associate who took our phone call.Brandon provided exceptional customer service and was diligent in the aspect of trying to “beat” DoorDash’s prices.Our total came to almost $40.00 even, before-tip, and we are so glad we decided to skip the “middle man” and call their location directly.Will 100% recommend this location, and a big “THANK YOU” to Brandon.Definitely a five star employee and experience.Thank you!

On May 27th Me and my family went to purchase a pizza for the kids, When I placed the order, The guy who took the order, wasn't very polite, Neither had a good customer service attitude, Other customers behind us placed orders as well, We waited and waited and our number wasn't called at all, When I asked for the food, I saw that it was already made who knows for how many minutes, The person who gave me the food, Not even said sorry, When I asked for Ranch dressing, A lady who was there said it's .85 Cents, I don't understand why they charge for the dressing if I already have purchased 2 eight pieces of the BBQ wings, Greetings also was not given to us, But to persons that didn't look Hispanic, They received a welcome greeting.I felt discriminated for being a Hispanic.As a former restaurant manager this actions should be addressed by the Chief Executive Officer Aaron Powell.Unhappy customer.

This was a pretty disappointing interaction. They were busy and they didn't handle it well as they were running way behind. We eventually got our pizza home but it wasn't edible (it was not cooked trough). I cannot recommend this location.

The location has gone down hill since starting this whole contract with Door dash. Tonight was my second bad experience ordering delivery from here. My food arrived 15 minutes after the estimated time given. The driver picked up my order 45 minutes before I received it and my food was lukewarm. The wings I received weren't sauced properly either. Normally I do pick up orders but my family is sick. It will not be utilizing this service again. After spending nearly $90 on food, delivery, and tip, I would hope to receive quality service and especially after being a loyal customer of this location for 5 years. Get it together.
