Last time I order from this place. 2 pizzas ago I didn't receive my order and couldn't get hold of anyone. Last 2 orders have been wrong, and I just received the worst pizza I've ever had. I bet one of those cheap totinos pizzas have more meat on them than this thing does.
Horrible costumer service today 02/27/2025 @ 10:50pm l call to let them know they l was missing my 8 pcs chicken wings on my delivery and they were rude saying it's not their fall . I pay with my credit card đł they won't refund my money back ...
This location is terrible. My pizza was never delivered, even though the tracker said delivered. I called in and was told âitâs on the wayâ and was hung up on. I waited a bit longer and called again. This time, the guy that answered just made growling sounds rather than speaking. By this time, it was more than an hour after my original delivery window. Never got my pizza. What a mess. As far as pizza hut as a whole, I have tried several times to get ahold of customer service for my refund. A company must be performing pretty poorly to not allow a customer to talk to a person about their experience. Their "Customer experience hotline" simply tells you to call the store or use the site. Both of which do not resolve your issue, by the way. I would urge you to stay away. There are plenty of better options out there. Will Gianfrancesco, Area Director just sends an email saying "we'll be in touch". Seems to really mean-we don't care.

LUCKY I CANT POST WITHOUT A STAR!!!! I ordered a pizza at 11, they called me to tell me they were out of something, so I had them make something else, the eta for my order was 11:25, it is now almost midnight and I have not heard anything from this store. I called three times and no answer. Ridiculous.
I personally haven't ordered pizza from this location before and was buying pizzas for a b'day party. Ordered online And honestly something told me to not use my card and pay in cash. Primarily because it gives you an option to tip team members when you are driving your gas and your time to pick up the pizza. I DON'T BELIEVE IN tipping when I'm DRIVING TO PICK IT UP AND USING MY OWN RESOURCES. THAT'S ASININE FOR ME TO TIP SOMEBODY WITH I'M DOING THE WORK. IF IT WAS TABLE SERVICE I'M ALL FOR TIPPING WHEN THERE IS GOOD SERVICE. I get there to pick up the order and I'm standing there for about 2 minutes after I had pressed the little ring the bell for assistance. One gentleman walks out of the restroom in the lobby area opens up the door didn't even acknowledge me as I was standing there after he went past the coated door to get back into the back. There was another gentleman back there with him making pizzas and I understood he was busy so I stood there patiently and then finally I decided to ring the bell again and no answer or response and so I decided to cover up this loud microphone in the front and say hey, then someone replies I'll be right there with you okay I'm standing there and still no one shows up for about 30 seconds to a minute so I press the button again and finally someone comes over to assist me. Mind you I've been standing there for at least 5 minutes patiently. now, back to what I was saying about tipping I don't do that stuff anymore when I'm using my resources and had I tipped I would have been pretty offended on the service that I received and for what? Because new society standards on tipping when the person should be doing their job and getting paid and not worried about a tip when they're doing their job. It was not delivery in respect. So finally I was assisted and I received my pizzas and then one pizza did not have the right topping on it and at that point I just wanted to get out of there with the bad service. I do not personally do fast food for myself. I may take others that may want something and pick it up at these different fast food places. This is exactly why I do not frequent these places because of the service and I understand everyone is working but to a point you should always do your job very well and I'm saying that because no matter what position you may have that if people are expecting a tip I would give above and beyond service fundamentally and not expecting it or something in return. I don't recommend this location and I definitely don't recommend the pizzas we received.

Wow where to begin! I ended up standing at the window for several minutes for somebody to even acknowledge me. When the person working the window finally realized I was there and came over she collected my payment, grunted something and then walked away. Even though she seemed to be in charge she had no clue about what was going on. She was able to identify when anybody else was doing something she thought they shouldn't be and she barked at them, but mostly she just wandered around doing very little.
Eventually she figured out that my order was sitting in the warmer since before I walked in the door. 15 minutes to pick up an order is absolutely ridiculous when the order was done before I arrived. If she was the manager you guys seriously need to reconsider your management trainee program!!!

They didn't give us the right amount of pizzas when we showed them the order (we only 2/4 of our pizzas) they are opperating so slow each order would be delayed

Made an order for delivery with an estimated delivery time of 20-30 minutes. Was attempting to feed my kids before I had to leave for an event. Delivery time kept getting pushed back and I had to leave 1.5 hours after ordering with the food not delivered yet. I ended up having to scramble to make them a different dinner.
When the food finally arrived (2 full hours later) all three items on the order were wrong. I ordered a hand-tossed half pepperoni/half cheese pizza and was delivered a thin crust pepperoni pizza. I ordered medium buffalo wings, and was delivered honey bbq. I ordered cheese sticks and was delivered regular bread sticks.
Needless to say this was pretty disappointing.

So as you can see in the pictures my bread sticks were halfway seasoned. My pizza was burnt...My other pizza had the completely WRONG toppings. This is just so unacceptable especially coming from 2 managers that were working the night I ordered this! I was even nice enough to tip them for them to do me like this is ridiculous!!! ?
Food looked and tasted subpar. I ordered a big dinner box but instead this location decided to send me regular pizzas instead, without the cheese sticks that I payed extra for! My first interaction with this location was by far the most sub par Pizza Hut experience Iâve ever had.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had a fantastic experience! Broderick, who greeted us and took our order, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure our meal was perfect. The pizza was delicious and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back. Thanks, Broderick, for making our visit so enjoyable!

I ordered pizza and they had it door dashed. They got my order wrong, I got no receipt because door dasher said they never gave her one. I called them back and told them what they were missing. They told me theyâd bring it to meâŠ. been sitting here for an hour and a half now while trying to call them and them placing me on hold for a long time, answering and putting me right on hold without saying anything. This was all after like the 4th call to them. Apparently they canât comprehend, know no customer service. This is so rude. Ridiculous and not acceptable!
