Good customer service from manager. Ordered through doordash, and the order arrived missing half of my order. The wings were not sent with the Dasher. I spoke with the store, the manager was VERY professional, offered to refund me through doordash, and expedited an order of wings with a complimentary cookie complete with delivery. Would be a 5 Star if it wasn't for the original oversight. But the manager more than made up for it. Good on you. Thank you very much. Refreshing to see good customer service like that.

Food was amazing and has been, Rebecca at the the stores I go to deserves a raise promotion or something. She kind , conversation is great and genuinely loves her job.. iis always an amazing experience

There was something weird and crunchy in my pizza, like sand, or glass. My spouse had one slice, and I had almost finished my first slice when the crunchy object showed up.I called the store. The conversation was absolutely civil; I was promised a call back in 30 minutes.And that’s where it got weird. The person I was speaking to didn’t hang up, but she though she had. And she exclaimed loudly: “Oh, he is lying!!”No I’m not. And if that’s your opinion, keep it that way and keep it to yourself.When I asked her to clarify what she said, she kept saying she didn’t say it. I gave her several opportunities to clarify and she refused. I heard it loud and clear.She proceeded to hang up on me twice. Then I spoke to the manager, who seemed relatively unconcerned. Fortunately I wasn’t injured.Seriously, I would’ve been fine with “We’re sorry, we are sending a fresh pizza ASAP, and on the house.” But nope.It’s too bad. I won’t order Pizza Hut again.

There was about 10 people before me waiting for pizza and no one at register. When i got my pizza and cheesestick i was checking if everything is right but my cheesestick was completely damaged and before i say anytbing to pizza hut employee she left backside again now im waiting to explain them but no one is coming out side there was some more people behind me waiting so i left thinking its ok i will not eat cheesestick i still have pizza but when i went home and checked pizza, its uncut not even fully cooked. Very oily .I through everything in tresh.I order pizza from you every week but from last 2-3 time your service is getting bad.
Horrible experience !!Not ready at the time I schedule for pick up, have to wait for more than 30 minutes in the store. The food are over cooked, and some topping I added on are not on pizza.

We had a issue where my number didn't update but they said they would remake my order so please tip but I got it and it was so gross I got hand tossed instead of pan and my BBQ chicken was just nasty I've never ever been unstratified but this was by far worst of worst I can't even eat it I wasted 40$ I'm mad

I was really looking forward to trying the Melts for the advertising makes look really good. That's not what I got. I literally got 2 thin sliced pizza with little meat for I didn't taste any chicken and my son had the meat lovers and he said need more meat and cheese, they were all folded over and looked even more thin. It was not full at all like it's advertised.
