Let's just say the employee who was texting on his phone at the front counter thought he was more important than the customer who came in to pick up their order. So much for customer service.

Website confusion had my food made at the wrong store.....but the employees said it was a recurring issue and directed me to the other store. I arrived about 15mins later than the pick up time which I expected just 'warm' pizza but apparently my boneless chicken wasn't ready and I had to wait 7 mins (actually took roughly ten and yes I kept track since I had nothing else to do in the drivethru). From what I gathered, the chicken was sent with another order but couldve...

Ordered through the app, which it stated, our order would be ready in 13 minutes. Ok, cool, surprisingly fast. Then, to get to the drive-through window and our order wasn't ready, nbd was there with 6 min remaining on the app for when it was "supposed" to be ready... 25 minutes later, we finally got our order. Although the wait time was a bit excessive, the food was edible. Not the best for how long they have you wait.
