Not worth it, got my Oder incomplete Pizzas taste old and cold, made it incorrectly When i call them, customer service was very rude, not help at all Not sure was going on with this location but is very bad, same as the customer service. Don’t spend you money at this Pizza Hut, you get rob, they don’t give refunds again not worth it…..

Ordered pizza from this place via Pizza Hut app and when I got there , there was a sticky note on the door that read “sorry closed” , the door was locked and the store was empty . I tried to call Pizza Hut but of course no one answered. Called the nearby pizza huts to see if my order was diverted , learned that it wasn’t after talking to the Legends and 43rd staff. The customer service number is a joke !! I ended up ordering from the legends. I assumed the pending charge would fall off but of course it didn’t . This Pizza Hut stole $43 dollars from me and is trying to argue that they were open this day , I didn’t order at 10:45, and the charge wasn’t $43. It’s literally a charge from yall establishment on my bank statement reading $43.52. The Manager is VERY rude and very unprofessional. Never received a refund from them!

Friendly enough people, horribly managed. I drive for a delivery service and have had way too many issues getting orders wrong or late. I blocked all pickups from this location due to it. First and only store I have ever had to do that with.
The past THREE orders I have placed and received I did not receive my full order! The 1st time a customer rep reached out to me and told me they would credit money back onto my account and that never happened! The 2nd time I reached out to the store itself and they said they would send out the missing items and they never showed up! Last night I put in an order for a big dinner box, not sure why I expected to receive everything considering the last couple times, and guess what!? I did not receive my full order.
