Great service and the pizza was awesome. Update from 5/20/2024. The hut at 78th & State KCKS is the best. My orders are always correct and the employees are always pleasant. If you have a bad experience here you may need to look in the mirror for the real issue.

My order was ready when I got there. The cashier was very friendly and made sure I didn't dash out the door without the rest of my order. They don't have delivery drivers and rely on Doordash drivers, so pickup is really the best option if you don't want to wait 45minutes.

Since Flynn took over pizza hut in KC. The improvements are great. The dough isn't quick thawed and the right amount of ingredients are used. The new ovens cook perfectly. It reminds when I was a kid and pizza hut was the place to go for pizza.
