Never was able to put a food order in. Our party asked multiple times, and multiple servers. I tried to order at the counter prior, was given a strange look then the person walked away and didn't come back. In regards to the food, the chips, salsa, and quac were pretty good.

We where there to have lunch we had to wait for more the 20 minutes for a server finally she came to take our order and took a another 20 minutes for drinks after an hour we decided to not have lunch there because they never brought our food, obviously we ask for the ticket (at that point I think we should not to have pay) the server ask for her tip. The service was horrible.

I feel like I’m still being Extremely fair by giving them a three because the food and the tacos seem to be pretty consistent and awesome portions and very tasty. I put in DoorDash orders a couple times a month and sometimes more often that I’d like to admit. Sometimes I will call in because I will order my favorite Chelina salsa, As he used to be able to purchase their sauces and they do give you pretty good portions it seems, but that is my favorite kind and so I just usually ask if they can put it in extra or give me all chilena. I’ve even offered to pay for it and every time I call it seems like nobody speaks English and this time I got hung up on and they blocked my number. I called back from a second line and was pretty stern letting them know. I didn’t appreciate how I was being treated even if they told me no for my special request. She used the excuse of cussing to get off the phone and I said no I’m just standing up for myself because of the way I’m being treated. My question about swapping out the sauce for all Chelina Was still not addressed she just asked me what my name was and then said OK lol This place makes tasty food and I know you’ll keep coming back and they don’t care. I will keep calling and orderimg With respect until Im treated otherwise. Food is fire, but customet service for english speaking americans doesn’t seem to be prioritized or appreciated when i get hung up on. Maybe the first two people who picked up didn’t speak English very well and that’s OK. I was patient and smiling but when I got hung up on and my number blocked and I had to call back from a different number just to ask for my Favorite salsa I didn’t like that or appreciate that as a customer so that that’s why I gave them three stars. The food is awesome

A few racist people work here. Food is never consistent tasting. You get tacos but no limes and not enough salsa to go with them. Tacos have changed sense they've opened up. They used to taste better then with they do today.

My husband and I order from here faithfully once a week. From Missouri we come here to get there fabulous tacos and drinks for a great price. We have been here many times, and they give you plenty of salsa and everything when you buy to go they aren't stingy. There tortillas taste always fresh and yummy. The meat is always on point! A lot of places have fatty carne asada, not here. Also, they have Lechuga taco's now, which are fabulous.
