It took awhile to get our order. The staff was not very attentive to customers. The food was average; we have had better Popeyes. We will return because it is close to home.

I'm visiting family from Junction City and Mom wanted Popeye's. We used the drive thru. Woman that took our order wasn't helpful at all in answering questions. Asked her to make sure we got honey packets. We asked again at the window and STILL didn't get any. Family meal came with 2 napkins. Thankfully, the chicken and coleslaw were really good though.

I didn't realize they were gonna bring me my sandwich after they handed me the bag, so I walked out of the store and the employee followed me out to assure that I got my sandwich. Great customer service.

went there today to get the big box for $6. went inside. did not see it on menu. then went to drive thru. got it there ordered sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. got rud beans and rice and French fries for some reason . got no dipping sauce and no butter for roll.
service was not good and wrong side items. won't go back to this one. get your people in order or fire them.

My wife and I were looking forward to trying the new Popeyes at The Legends, but the visit didn’t go as expected.
After ordering, we waited quite a while as drive-thru orders were being filled quickly. I noticed a customer at the counter rummaging through a bag and saying it wasn’t her order. A moment later, my number was called, for the first time. I explained I wasn’t comfortable taking that same bag, and the worker said they’d remake my order.
Unfortunately, the replacement wasn’t fresh. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and barely warm.
We were really hoping this new location would do well, but this experience makes us hesitant to return. Hopefully, management can tighten up order accuracy and food quality before more customers are lost. If not it will close down just like the last one.

Wrong food for the 2nd time in a row. Too expensive to consistently screw it up. May be better to dine in and see if they can get it right. Doubt it.

Horrible. I haven't had Popeyes in years and now I regret having it today. Found out they have no Cajun rice or Jambalya anymore and then the chicken strips I got were like jerkey. Yes! They are that dry! Spent 12 bucks and just ate sides. Freaking pathetic...

My work order lunch for the whole team and it was supposed to be ready at 11:30 AM and here it is 1216 and it’s still not ready and they also acted like we didn’t order anything. When we had proof that we ordered it online. So somebody’s not doing their job right. Worst service I’ve ever had from a Popeyes!
