The worst food I have ever eaten. The steak was overcooked and tough as shoe leather. My baked potato had a worm or bug in it. Not sure what it was. I thought at first it was just a dark spot, but when I went to cut it out, I ended up cutting it in half and it spurted nasty stuff?

The garlic butter shrimp was tasty. The lobster tail was slightly undercooked. Lastly, there was not a variety of sides, so I settled for a baked potato and side salad.

Our server Liz was on point! Food looked better than the pictures and was very, very good. I will ask for her by name from now on.
Had lunch yesterday and as soon as we arrived we were told there were only 2 waitresses on duty. Got seated quickly but it was 10 minutes before our server took our order. I ordered the clam chowder salad and biscuits. The soup tasted scorched and smelled terrible. I couldn't even eat it. Waitress took it back and exchanged it for the coconut shrimp. The shrimp was good but I got nothing with it. The bathrooms were dirty and had a horrible sewer smell. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Ate at this location a few months ago and everything was good. Things have gone down hill.

They only had three servers show up for work per employees taking names. We were Told wait time would be 30 to 40 minutes. Went into bar for drink and person behind bar not old enough to serve liquor. He took off to find someone. 33 minutes later he came in and asked if we had been served. We said no. He left again and my daughter went and asked how much longer. Employee up front said maybe 30 more minutes. Needless to say we left. Very disappointed. We also observed many coming in and turning around and leaving. Many empty tables observed while my daughter and I waited.
Our server was Jillian! She did an excellent job in taking care of us when our steaks were not cooked the way we had requested! She has excellent customer service skills! Thank you Jillian!

Charged for Dr. Pepper refill? Is this a thing now? I asked our waitress and she said yes we do. I'm a 3 soda refill kinda guy. Ouch. That's fine if they do, maybe I just haven't heard of that - only in small cafes with canned soda. Anyway our server was overwhelmed and forgot our appetizer, didn't come back with my wife's dipping sauce. Also the bathroom had a light going out in the stall...strobe light effect in there. Our last 2 visits haven't been great. But we enjoy the endless shrimp. Soooo...
