I ordered the burnt ends sandwich and the burnt ends were VERY dry, the worst I have ever tasted. I want to believe they gave me an old batch that was there all day sitting out. The fries and baked beans were really good. Crab Ragoons were pretty good. The lady who greeted me was not kind at all. I hated that because I'm big on customer service. I watched the young lady on the other side being very kind and customer friendly. I thought to myself, I wish I had received service from her. I have not been to Rosedale in years, I would be willing to come back again. Hoping for an better experience.

Came from Texas to see what the hype was about with KC BBQ. We went passed a couple of different places, but they were packed. Decided to give Rosedale BBQ a try. Nice, family cozy vibe inside. Staff was welcoming and nice. Quantity over quality in my opinion.

America standard BBQ place but the sauce is top notch. The beef on bread is different but it's really good in the taste is really good sometimes it could be dry but other than that it's really satisfying. The burn ends aren't the greatest but the ribs are awesome.

Place is nice. People were friendly. The food was pretty average. Especially for KC BBQ. Burnt ends were pretty boring.
I stood at the counter (my favorite bbq) and was completely ignored even after saying "excuse me ma'am"! (Tall, dark haired woman; approx. 1:40 pm on 11/1, hopefully no racial bias as I am tall, dark, handsome). I did speak to Shayla (very hospitable) who offered reasonable accommodation.
