Based on the food I had they are a 5. A basic BBQ turkey sandwich just melted in my mouth with tenderness and quite tasty flavor. Excellent! A side of beans were good as well. Various seating from picnic table format to outdoor rooftop seating. So atmosphere is rustic community oriented. I had little interaction with staff other than ordering and seeing staff clean up sitting areas. Parking lot is small but I had no problem finding a close spot. My group of 4 all enjoyed their food and conversation though inside it can get a bit loud. I would definitely indulge in their food again if in the area.

100/100 🤌🏻 Ordered a spread for Super Bowl & WOW! Ribs fell of the bone, pulled pork was moist and burnt ends were fabulous. Thanks Slaps for a delicious meal

There was a long line, so it would have been nice to be informed that they were out of almost everything before waiting outside for twenty minutes. That being said, I did enjoy the food, and I like the view from the upstairs patio
One of the best bbq spots in the KC area! Great quality and portion sizes for all appetites. Only downside is the open air seating, especially on really hot days. Small price to pay for great food.

As someone who doesn’t love BBQ, I ordered the chicken and cheese curds. I can’t believe two chicken quarters only cost me $7.00? Took some to go they were so delicious!

It's been almost a year since we've been. I'm still thinking about it. It was pouring rain and we stood in line hoping it was as good as we were told it was. Sat out in the screened-in area with a mist blowing on us and I wouldn't change a thing. Atmosphere fitting for BBQ. All about the food and people, therefore, making the experience great. Less about some fancy decor and all down to business. Something charming about this spot that makes me want to stand in the rain for an hour again waiting for it.
