Put and order in on the app, checked in, and proceeded to wait over 40 minutes for 2 value items and a small drink. I pushed the red button and no one ever responded. At lunch time. Will not be coming back again.

The last THREE times I've ordered from this location were awful. The first two times, the food was subpar. The third time, I canceled my order immediately after I placed it because outrageously, my order was $30 for a burger meal and a sonic blast! I was never refunded the money.

This used to be a go to for my family and we will not be coming back to this location again. This is the 3rd time ive had missing items. Only recieved my entrees and did not recieve half of my sides. Our hot dog entrees were burnt and the burgers were crunchy. They would not answer the phone when called, was sent straight to dial tone. I did make sure to order through the app so everything was stated clearly and this was still the result. Disappointed in this location I would not recommend coming here but rather try the north kc location.

The only reason I go to any Sonic is because they have good tea. Unfortunately this is the only location that's close to me. Their service is horrendous. If you place an app order, it's never ready on time and they always screw it up. This is the last time I come here. When THEY screw up by not reading the order, YOU get stuck waiting 20 minutes for them to answer the red button, even though I was literally the only person there. Then they have the audacity to be in a bad mood to provide what I ordered. They cannot provide the correct condiments for anything, this is the 4th time I've tried and failed. Also they hit the "so and so is coming out with your order" button to get whatever metric, then you sit there waiting 15 minutes. Nobody has time to wait 25 minutes for Sonic. That's the whole point of ordering ahead

SW Blvd location failing me. Usually frequent Merriam location which has consistently good service and good food. SW Blvd location has much slower service and food not near as good as what I've grown to expect from my favorite fast food restaurant. Had a smash burger today that looked and tasted like it had been under a warmer too long. The box had some sort of goo or sauce all over it which was not very appealing. Unfortunately didn't open the bag until I got back to my desk at work, otherwise I would have sent it back or gone somewhere else. The server apologized for the order taking a while, I suspect this location under staffed and under managed.

Don’t do it!!! I’m serious - save your time and money. Not even for a drink- especially multiple drinks because you’ll be sniffing and guessing which is which. And good luck getting the right flavors. My daughter says her cherry limeade tastes more like a sprite. At least my Diet Coke tastes normal. It’s the only thing palatable. I literally took one bite of this sandwich and fought the urge to spit it out. The pictures of my 2 separate attempts to have a BLT toaster speak for themselves (well, captions help- lol).

I'm not sure what was wrong, but the chicken sandwich my wife and I ordered didn't look like the one on the and didn't taste like it either, it was hard it was over cooked, the bread was hard, totally not what I expected from a Sonic.

Absolutely terrible it took half an hour to get my food, no response from the intercom so you have to use the stalls and then it took 10 minutes just for that to work.
