I ordered a sausage egg and cheese burrito, but it looks like they didn't take the time to actually make it properly. Because the egg is whole, it's so is the sausage and mind you. I don't have teeth to be able to sit there and bite down. I just am able to pull the Tortilla with my hands and put it in my mouth. I can't do that because I have to actually open up the burrito. Cut the egg We cut the sausage. It's getting a little sad that sonic is that lazy that they do not chop up their eggs and make them scrambled. It takes 5 seconds to scramble a stinking ache, in, just as long as to cook it.

Sonic is a frustrating place to eat at! #1 you're online orders you have to go through corporate they themselves there at Sonic cannot do nothing about an order if the online app is not working right so therefore I spent $15 more than what I should have not a happy camper is a bull crap I feel like I'm getting screwed because they can't fix the online order so then when I order it cost more so that's how they're making a lot of money off people and it's not right! perhaps isn't it illegal 4A business to do that !

This is why I prayed husband went to a Sonic up North of the river. This one on Independence Ave have always disappointed me. I ask for no cheese on anything because I'm lactose intolerant, and they put a "no cheese" sticker on the burrito or the sandwich and they STILL put cheese on it! This really irritates me! Check your food before you leave bc you could go home to not what you anticipate as a great meal and only to be disappointed. Only shows me that the employees are not paying attention to the order or cannot read! I'm sorry but this is so unacceptable.

Waited half an hour for old tots. Waited another for them to actually bring out new tots. App didn't work and said they were no longer accepting orders. Powerade was completely out of syrup.
