My grandma ordered a cheeseburger on 2/24/25 they gave us a bun and cheese no meat in the burger, she calls to get another one and management says she’s not getting another one as the workers says “you have to make things right” management didn’t care and told my 75 year old grandma she’s isn’t getting one

Just be patient! It will be worth it. I prefer fresh and hot food made correctly. Over a sloppy 5 minute experience. Nice and efficient customer service!! I don't mind tipping and I will be back

That smasher combo freaking sucks! The regular sonic double burger is bigger. McDonald’s double quarter pounder is bigger, and cheaper!! This burger is a $13 burger selling for twice as much as it’s worth! Stay away from it unless you’re made of money. And they forgot to give me a straw for my drink! Never again will I get suckered into buying a burger for the name hype (smasher). They smashing alright, your wallet!

Server 10121 (Suzana) DESERVES a raise and a full 5 stars. She was the ONLY person serving every single car that pulled in. This location is obviously low staffed & overworking that girl. They sent her out without my nerds that I paid extra for and I'm missing my sauces ... They are doing that poor girl so dirty ! And she was working! ??♀️

My burger was mess up I spend 26.04 today and my food was not made right when I got my order the first time they left the burger out I called back in there and say I was missing my number two and the manager is okay I wait 30 minutes and my burger still didn't come out I called right back in there and told them I never received my burger finally the bought it out when I get home it was no cheese on the burger there was no ketchup or mustard on my burger it's was a lot of mayonnaise on the burger with onion pickles and tomato and lettuce I'm very upset that I didn't eat my food I had to throw it in the trash
