Ordered 5 corn dogs, 2 honey mustard, 2 bbq sauce and 1 groovy sauce via the app as seen on the recipe and the manager refused to give me any of the sauces. If this happens to you, call the number on the receipt and ask for your money back and they will issues a refund and let you keep the food.

this sonic at 78th and state avenue in kcks has gone down hill can't get your order right and very slow after it showed on the screen my order was on it's way out to me it took another ten minutes and I had to ask what's going on I just went to sonics at 78th and state ave and this time my whole experience was a complete turn around Elizabeth was the one who brought my food to m e she has a great smile and always friendly she is the best part of going there now

You will be blasting liquid out of your bottom all night long messing up your work schedule and sleep because they will serve you bad food.

They will give you burgers without the patty then act like it's your fault.

Who would of thought they would give you food poisoning from a hotdog. If they couldn't succeed in not giving someone food poisoning from already cooked ingredients then I worry about the raw food.

I came hear with my wife due to the negative reviews we read and thought were funny. All jokes aside, our service, food, and the characters of the staff we associated with were all exemplary! Everyone was kind, quick to answer questions, and happy to help. “I like it” says the wife, that’s the closest thing to 5* you’ll ever get from her. Good job 👍🏻

I grew up in Wyandotte county, I went to school with most of the employees here. “You have a job for a reason”, and at sonic believe it or not your job is to make and deliver food to cars. My favorite part of the experience is the lessening enthusiasm as I order my 2 WHOLE COMBOS (no changes to my order, literally a number 1 with tots and a cherry limeade) as if I was ordering everything you guys have. If I can manage a business paying people $1 more an hour with no built in tipping system and run a Google score 4+ year round, I think the issue is whom you’re hiring OR who IS doing the hiring.
Ps. Food sucks too. Get it together.

The worst customer service. They rang the order up wrong, then charged me more, wouldn't correct it, and was extremely rude about their mistakes. Manager also very rude and didn't want to take accountability for their mistakes. Will not be back to this location on 78th and State Ave in KCK. Just terrible.
