There are days where the service here is horrible. But that's to be expected as we are all human. Overall now, the staff is great and the food is pretty good too. Thanks for cleaning this Sonic up. It's nice to see how much better this one has gotten.

I took my son to get breakfast and when I got the food it wasn’t what I order at all. Before the rude employee walked away I tried to get her attention but she ignored me.I pressed the intercom to asked if I could trade it out and she said no. I asked why she didn’t say anything when I tried to get her attention before she left. Her response was “it’s cold out there”, mind you the girl only had a long sleeve shirt on and no coat even though it was so “cold” out.I pressed the intercom again and asked for my money back. She rudely came out the door and gave me my refund. I’ve already contacted the complaint line and took my money to McDonalds. Haven't been to that location or any other Sonic since. I always have bad experiences there.

I don't think it's the business it's the location I'm a previous employee it's not the store it's the location and the costumers the saying goes the customer is all was right but not no that's not thing sometime the store is under staffed and one person can't do everything to run a restaurant when nobody comes to work gallo and chis are great guys and this is coming from Andre Scott

**Update** after a crazy experience with one of the rude employees that work here. The owner reached out to resolve the issue literally within 24 hours. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 3 and will continue going to this location.

Terrible customer service. The workers are not friendly at all. I ordered a simple 3 corn dogs, luckily the computer didn’t even give me the option to pay because after waiting 15 minutes, I left. Who knows when the food would have actually came out, THEN I would have had to wait for them to take my payment. Ridiculous.

Our car hop Elizabeth was friendly, upbeat, and very efficient!Our food was hot and our drinks were great and all were made correctly! (we had several special requests)The only problem was, it's somewhat hard to find a place to park, due to several order screens being inoperable.

They made our two Blasts with plain vanilla ice cream with some candy sprinkled on top, not blended at all. When I called the location from home they cussed me out. I called back to speak with the manager she said I am the manager you just spoke with and that’s why we put **** in your ice cream. She used language completely unacceptable with me twice. I don’t want the canned response. I already called the number and waited over 30 minutes for a man to come in the line and then put me on hold again until I got a survey. I won’t be returning to your establishment. She should be fired. Disgusting and it is clear they have been this way for a long time so clearly the owner doesn’t care either.
